I ordered online Togo and did the bogo special. Ordered the cold cut combo, which is supposed to come with bologna, ham and salami. They only put bologna on the sandwich. I went up to the counter to ask them if wasn’t the sandwich supposed to have the 2 other meats in it. Their response was to gaslight me that the meat on the sandwich was salami and the ham. And they were just under the bologna. Where, under the cheese and toppings? I will never go back to this location. They got new workers and the customer service and food quality isn’t there anymore.

Ordered on the subway app. I posted the instructions to have the cheese and mayo on half of the sandwich. I ended up with all the meat on half of the foot long and the other half had all the veggies. I went back and tell them. They made the sandwich again and when i checked it, barely put any meat on it, maybe three turkey slices on a footlong. Will not be returning to this location. These people think they can make sandwiches how they feel like it and give it to customers. They don’t read or follow the custom instructions when you order online. Smh

Went in today 5/14 and the old guy gave me an attitude just because I wanted to order another sandwich when I had only ordered one. Mind you the second one was for me kids. When I told him about the other sandwich he gave me an attitude and told me to go wait in line again which doesn’t make sense since he was already helping me. He hadn’t even rang the first one up. He wanted me to wait on line again behind 6 other people with my 3 and 1 year old. Do not recommend going to this location.

I wish I had read the reviews before we ate there. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. My husband got sick as a dog within a few hours of eating his lunch. I threw my entire sandwich away because the bread tasted funny. $27 gone. For my family personally we will not be returning. Such a shame, Subway used to be a staple.

I ordered a turkey sandwich and as he was making my sandwich I noticed the turkey had a green spot on it.So I looked at the other turkey in the bin and told him there’s mold in the bin.I told him never mind I don’t want anything,he said ok and took the turkey off the bread and put it back in the bin and put the bread back in the bread case.

Stopped by here 3/30/24 around 7:40pm to get a sandwich. The staff who made my sandwich had an unmistakable attitude towards me because I’m an LGBT person. If you have issues with people from different backgrounds then maybe you shouldn’t work in a role that’s public facing.
