Pho with rare steak and meatballs was amazing. The broth was rich and full of flavor. The beef was tender and the meatballs were perfect. Great casual counter – serve Vietnamese spot.

Ordered the P1 special in a small size. The bowl diameter is smaller than I am used to, but it is quite deep so you still get plenty of food. The taste was good, and there was a good mix of different types of meat. The noodles were a nice chewy al dente texture. Would come here again.

Sucks to see they had to close cause the prices of rent are going through the roof here in carp. I was a head chef for them for over a year when they first opened and everything made there was absolutely amazing and delicious. Thank you Ron for giving carp an amazing restaurant while it lasted. We need more good inexpensive food like this and not more breweries and bars

This place has one vegetarian option and it turns out to just be plain rice and tofu. So boring! Overpriced -this cost $11?!

Ordered a few items, overall would not recommend for Vietnamese food. The rice vermicelli in the spring rolls was kinda dry, and the peanut sauce was grainy, like it was frozen or something. None of the meat, in the combo plates or banh mi sandwiches, was charbroiled like at most Vietnamese places, losing much flavor. The mean was kinda bland overall and not enjoyable. The pho was of average quality, which was a welcome in this case.

Some of the freshest, delicious and full of flavor Vietnamese food I’ve had in a long time. Also the cleanest Pho place I’ve ever been in. We were passing through on our way down south and found this little gem. I had the V1 House special and it was SPECIAL! Pork was well seasoned, beef has a wonderful charred glaze and shrimp

I wanted to make my own Pho/ Ramen bowl so I came here to only by the broth. The broth had a slight coconut taste, along with the traditional Pho flavor. They gave me some basil and cilantro to add to my To Go bag. I’ll be back and will recommend this place to my friends and family

Friendly staff and cute restaurant name. However, the pho broth was lacking in flavor. Even with the seasonings on the side that were added, there were still some missing elements including the saltiness factor. Well, it’s great if you’re on low-sodium diet I suppose. I did not try anything else during my visit but I’m a little worried about the flavor profiles on some of the other menu items if the pho broth was a representation of what the restaurant has to offer.
