Had the classic cheesesteak combo. It wasn’t good nor was it bad. It was meh ♂️ for $20, I thought my meal would be bigger but I just left the place still hungry. People complain about the fries at in & out but these fries where hollow inside like you where chewing on flavored cardboard but they sure looked good.

Waited 40 minutes for the order when there was nobody else in line. Others received food before us and the food was cold after being out to the side as a to go order. I was asked why I kept pacing back and forth when they were 100% aware of the only people in the restaurant. That’s was fishy at Best.

I hit up Philly’s Best for a cheesteak when I found myself in the area and a friend recommended it for a bite. My sandwich was fantastic and was served hot, fresh and exactly how I ordered it. The staff was friendly and helpful, oh and why have wiz as a cheese option!

I was here stopping by Burbank and I was craving an Italian sandwhich. It was very delicious. But what stood out to me was the terrible attitude and customer service from the male who looked miserable, and didn’t make eye contact and barely spoke when asked about what’s in the sandwhich. The female with glasses wasn’t much better. It felt a little like I was in a different place like not in Burbank but more like Simi Valley. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Maybe racist. He assumed I was taking my food to go. Like why not ask did he want me to leave? I won’t be. No tip either, other than “change your attitude.”

I really like this place for their cheesesteak sandwiches. I have tried the traditional beef with mushrooms and onions and the chicken sandwiches and they are so savory without being too salty. My now go-to sandwich though is the vegetarian. Yes, vegetarian. Their vegetarian philly cheese sandwich is BOMB. Even if you are a carnivore maximus, give the veggies a try.
