This was the WORST experience ever. My chicken was burned! I had to put it on another plate because I could not eat those. I had to try to pull breading off to eat some of the chicken which was sour, the grease was old. As I was pulling the breading off you can smell the old grease. They deserve a Zero for this!!!

Our shop ordered lunch from here today. Got the meals back and we find a couple issues. I spoke with Shawna {spelling}, who immediately got defensive and aggressive when I tried to explain what was wrong with our sandwiches. One mistake was ours for not asking to hold items on a sandwich, but The philly steak we received had NO cheese. The box even said, mayo and onion. The hot dogs were dried out and looked like slim jims and the fries were cold. We order quite regularly from there, but after the aggression and unprofessionalism from Shawna, we won’t be ordering again, Plus she stated that she repeated the order and that she said to put cheese on it, so it’s on there, but she said she needed to ask the cook if he actually did. The box clearly states no cheese, and the attached pictures show it as well. Thanks for the terrible lunch and horrible customer service Shawna. We just wanted our food fixed, not something for free.

Didn’t think I’d have another Philly cheese place to go to, until a year or two ago. Found this place as I bought Chinese food and was curious about it. It’s as good as West Gary’s popular spot, except it Has Parking! And the Phillys are top notch. Great portions for the money. Would recommend

Couldn’t hear the person on the phone taking our order, sounded like there was a TV or radio blasting in the background…. Got our order wrong and then refused to answer the phone when we called to either get a refund on our missing items or a credit. Never ordering again.

Sandwiches were okay even though I asked for a buffalo chicken and I didn’t taste the buffalo sauce at all. The fries were hard and cold as a rock.

We order some wings and everything goes through, they charge us, then cancel our order. So now we have to wait 3-5 business days to get the refund! Guess we’ll have to wait 3-5 business days to order dinner, right? This is the second time this has happened. I don’t recommend ordering from this place via an app unless you have some back up money when they cancel your order and then won’t even refund your money back right away. BS for sure.
