I was a little taken back by the cost for 2 sandwiches, 2 chips and 2 drinks was almost $30.00, and then when I explained there had to be a problem they wanted to argue… I was in retail and always thought customers were right, apparently I wasnt a good enough customer to listen to, they apparently do good enough without my business. Wont go back, spent $12.00 less at McDonalds for more.

3:00 PM Needed a 15 piece platter by 5:30, no special sandwich just the basic cold cut on white bread. With 2 1/2 hr window time. the manager required placing the order now for tomorrow pick up, did not answer phone I had to come in and no customers. No wonder At least the young man working there was willing on helping.

I can see I am not the only one complaining about the inability of the staff to speak English to the extent of not being able to take your order right. I mean no English whatsoever. The vocabulary for making a sandwich requires very few words. I could not get across that I wanted “vinegar.” I could not get across that I wanted a cup for water which is free. I could not get across that I wanted all vegetables. The other worker also could not help at all. Getting a sandwich here was a very painful experience. Just learning a few common English words [like Vinegar] would solve most of the problems. And although it was clear I did not know Spanish the worker kept asking me questions in Spanish.

I’ve never experienced such bad service I felt that my presence was unwanted. there was only one worker. She was only talking about personal subjects with the customer she was attending and not once was I greeted she was as slow as a turtle and does not deserve my money

Ordered on ubereats. The food came terrible. I ordered a meatball sub, toasted, and the bread was hard and sauce was cold. Not room temp, but cold. I also ordered the chocolate chip cookies and they were out.
