A reservation was made online. I had to switch it close to the reserved time and after calling, the lady on the phone was kind enough to reschedule for later. The greeter was very kind and hospitable. The server was a nice guys as well who made us feel valued despite some of us in the party not making up our minds on what to eat (lol). Food was delicious. It reminded me of the quality at Bubba Gump’s. In general, it was a great experience. I give it 3 stars because it feels overly priced. You can’t help but feel that you’re eating at a mall and although the food is good, $35 for a dish like the one’s on my pic seems too much.

Ok so my husband raved about this place. Not this specific location but Phillip’s in general. I figured why not check it out. The waitress was AMAZING. She was so good with the kids and very pleasant. The food itself left me very disappointed. First, we had the peel and eat shrimp appetizer which I thought had seasoning. The shrimp was literally just cocktail shrimp. I should have taken I picture from the menu because I thought I had gone insane. It was very bland and I only ate one. The kids like shrimp so they ate it up. The surf and turf was 29.99 so I figured I’d give that a whirl. The lobster was DELICIOUS and probably the best lobster I ever had. The steak was the exact opposite. Horrible:( . I was so hungry so I powered through. But the lobster was the show stealer. Kids got fried clams (ok), chicken tendies (bad) and grilled cheese (good…kinda hard to goof that up). Drinks were great. But overall will probably skip this next time.

If you order wings for an Appetizer let them know to mix the wings. They will give you all legs and no flats. Chicken is extremely greasy and of course they don’t have napkins. Mediocre spot.They don’t know what a well done steak is.

Located in the Mall directly across from Caesar’s on the third level. The Crab Cakes were good. The Crab Vegetable soup was ok. My cucumber gin cocktail was ok. Its a bit pricey, but well located in the center of the Boardwalk action. I would give it 3.5 stars, but that was not an option.

It was just ok as fat seafood goes. Food decoration looks good. Lobster doesn’t taste good. Lousy cooked corns. Dipping sauce wasn’t great. Over priced for food quality. Staffs are friendly and restaurant is clean

Went today with my boyfriend for lunch & I had been anticipating this food & was truly disappointed. He got the surf & turf & I got the broiled seafood combo. First, we waited for water. Second, there were birds landing on tables. Third, one of my shrimps was rotten I could smell it was bad. Fourth, there was a roach on the bench that I was sitting on. Now I am blind like I squint at everything but I saw That! They had the nerve to only want to comp the drinks after my boyfriend and I thought about it that Roach could have been all over the silverware all over our food for all that we know so they did comp these appetizers we got which were some shrimps that were small and over fried I will never go back to another Phillips again!

Basically an overpriced Red Lobster. My crab cake was soggy, the tartar sauce that came with it tasted better than the actual crab cake. There were bits of shell pieces in my cup of cream of crab soup and it was a bit spicy. The rest of the food did taste good, but I expected more bang/bigger portion for my buck. My server and hostess were nice at least. I would not visit again. Don’t waste your money.
