Randomly ran into this place and it was total worth it. Great chat with the staff. Got the Sampler Plate and Mac salad. Shared it with my husband and it was more than enough.
Shredded beef and pork was tasty and I loved it in the BBQ sauce. The chicken was the juiciest, most tender I have ever had in my life! Could have at just a plate of the chicken. Ribs were also on point.
If you are in the area, go!
Also, I thought it was fun to have the little water guns for the chickens… You will understand once you go.
I did not try the self serve bar wall but definitely something to do next time.

One of my favorite meals I had on Kauai! It’s a casual place with multiple locations, but oh my goodness the portions are HUGE and the meat is so tasty.
I got the Chicken and Ribs plate and loved it. I’m a pretty big eater but I barely finished this one. The chicken tasted amazing and was so tender, pull with your hands tender. The ribs tasted so good and were also very tender. Great smoky taste. Dunno how they get everything to be fall off the bone tender. The side chili is warm and hearty. The rice is nice and chewy and goes well with the meats. The barbecue sauces you can pick is also very good too!
Outdoor seating at this location that is all under a roof. Food came out in about 10-15 minutes. They have beers on draft that you can pour yourself.

Good portion sizes and quality of food for price. Our chickens were well smoked and large – fall off the bone! Tasty BBQ sauces and nice options to mix and match sides aka carte if you want. Really quick service for high quality food. Was recommended to us by a friend and we would also recommend! This location had a nice seating spot, which was convenient versus the food truck option down the road a bit further.

If you’re in the mood for BBQ, then take a stop by this place. They have a variety of BBQ options both as plates and a la carte. Prices are fair and service is friendly and super fast. I will mention there is only outdoor seating and birds do come by and check out what your eating but….the food is worth it!

Really amazing BBQ place with a large variety of serve yourself draft beer. The food quality is amazing. The atmosphere is fun.
One of the unique things they do is after they have smoked the meat, it’s kept in a steamer. This makes the meat moist while preserving the smoke flavor. The chicken (hence the name) is particularly amazing. See photo of “barrel” where they do the smoking.

We were visiting for the week and stopped here for lunch because they had gluten free options. When I called, the server said they had gluten free corn bread, but when I arrived and asked a different server, I confirmed that it was not. I ordered the Sampler plate for $25.50 and it was enough for two people. My husband had the loaded fries (not gluten free).
Everything was great. I found the ribs to be a little dry and lacking meat but over all 5stars. Beautiful location in a shopping center. Blues and classic rock music played over the speakers. Fountain drinks and beers. Bbq sauce options.

Cool atmosphere and great food! It’s a perfect spot for families — super fun and laid-back. They even gave the kids water guns to help keep the wild chickens away, which made the whole experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!
