We’re locally owned/operated by the Theriault family, and we’re passionate about using the best ingredients to create classic dishes you’ll love. Gillmor’s offers everything from pizza to prime rib, including sandwiches, salads, wraps and seafood! We have a full-service bar and boast THE MOST TAPS IN LINCOLN, MAINE…16 beer and wine taps, featuring many locally-brewed favorites. We post a weekly rotation of specials every Wednesday. Rented the front room for a retirement party and couldn’t be happier! Food, wings ans pizza, were outstanding! Unmatched anywhere! And the service was better than great! Highly recommend them if you have a celebration coming up as they are very reasonable and very good at hosting a gathering! 5 stars overall!!! LOVE THE WINGS!!!

Visited on a Tuesday evening, place was about 1/3 full . Servers were hustling to keep up, looked like they needed more help. Service was good with slight waits between steps. Food took a little longer to come out than I would have expected but not excessively long. Atmosphere was your typical casual dining experience. Menu was pretty much what you would expect from a pub style place.
I had a burger and it was very good. Cooked correctly and arrived hot with a very large portion of fries. Wife had a grilled chicken salad which she said was good as well. Nothing mind blowing, but nothing to pick apart either. Value was very good for what we experienced.

My husband and i took a random drive and found ourselves in lincoln today where we found this pub. I absolutely loved everything about this place! Our server Delaney was great the food was great and the atmosphere was just what I like as someone who wants to eat at a place that I feel welcome and less corporate. As a person that manages a restaurant on a daily basis I was very impressed to find this hideaway. I highly recommend and it was so worth the hour drive! Thank you for all that you do, especially in today’s world when customer service is becoming a harder industry to be in.

Excellent quality food. The boneless wings were so moist and flavorful. The staff were very kind and helpful, and were through in practicing social distancing and appropriate cleaning protocols. Highly recommend giving this local restaurant your business. Also enjoyed a beautiful view of the sunset from the dinningroom. Lets stand together and support local restaurants and experience some amazing quality locally made food.

I ordered a birthday meal for my wife’s 70th birthday…whole clam dinner, onion rings, scallop dinner and a 2 liter bottle of diet coke. First disappointment was they only had small cups of sodas, so we decided to pick some up on the way home. When I went to pick up the order, I foolishly left a 5 dollar tip. Upon getting home, we discovered that the clam order (my wife’s favorite) was only about half an order.We never got the scallops at all, and there was a mystery item in an unlined cardboard box. When we went in to complain, we were met by the owner who “comped” us with a 20 dollar gift card. Mind you, we spent 58 dollars, so they made a nice 38 dollar profit from us because I wasn’t bright enough to double-check our order beforehand.We loved this place before now, but will unlikely ever return.

The food was good but not excellent the service started out good but could have seen the waitress more for refills.Also the seat I had was right directly over Floor A/C vent blowing Super cold Air on a day in Maine that was slightly Chilly. Not a Big Bellringer there. But with a few tweaks and More servers because of under staffing. Could turn into a Great Restaurant.
