Rude Rude Rude!!! Terrible customer service ..tried to use my points she acted like it was such an inconvenience!!! Why even have the app……then told me it was going to be a 10 min wait when I said it was ok I can wait…she proceeded to take my order doing the yes what else yes what else….the got to the window and their system was down smdh…why not jus keep it real and tell me my 30$ was not enough for the trouble you had to go through…it was ok chick fil a was cheaper and the customer service is impeccable we all need to do better with them right next door

I went by and ordered original chicken fries for my 4 and 6 year old today. They were so spicy, my kids could not eat them! Both of my children are Autistic and just started eating chicken fries. I am absolutely disappointed with this location and will NEVER BE BACK!

Cashier was great , the only complaint I have is with a woman coworker of his who decided to show her ass and try to pick a fight with him. The worst part the shift supervisor saw the whole thing and did nothing to stop it. If I wanted to watch a fight with my meal there are a lot better options you all need to do better.

Came through the drive thru on our way back to Alabama I asked for the single whooper with cheese , no tomatoes and extra mayonnaise this is what I get. Highly disappointed. The drive thru worker is very rude . If you don’t like your job then go somewhere else.

We just ordered Burger King’s new ch’king sandwich spicy and original. It was so amazing I couldn’t even compare it to Chick-fil-A or wendy’s or any other places sandwiches. It is the best sandwiches I’ve had in years almost. It includes a hand-breaded chicken filet, pickles and a signature sauce served on a potato bun which is so amazingly scrumptious. I ate every single piece of that mouth watering sandwhich. I don’t ever rant about burgers from fast food joints but this sandwich is 100% a keeper I hope they never take it off their menu.
