Found this food truck near the beach. Service was a little slow at first. No one was at the window to take the order, but they were really busy cooking orders. There’s nothing bad to say about the chicken tacos. I would have loved to have cheese and onions on my tacos, but the way they dressed them was sufficient. The green salsa has some heat but wasn’t unbearable. I only ordered two tacos and fought hard not to go back and get two more. If I ever see another Phantom Tacos truck, I’m definitely stopping by.

Like their name suggests, they may be somewhat hard to find. However, they usually are situated in the “Beach Weekend” parking lot across the street from Pepboys. I was surprised to find they offer delicious crispy fries with my choice of protein.

This is a taco truck not a restaurant. The food was so delicious. Burritos are huge and the nachos were amazing. Would definitely go back and try the brisket next time. We had steak and chicken on the burritos. The sauces are very spicy so be careful.

Let me start out by saying I love both Mexican food and many various food trucks in the area. This establishment took almost 15 minutes to complete an order of 5 tacos when i was the only customer in line. Unlike other food trucks in Fort Walton, there are no seats or tables to conveniently enjoy your food at after ordering. The carne asada tacos were too salty and the steak had more of a pot-roasted taste/texture rather than a grilled feeling (which is what I prefer more) and there was a lot of fat connected to the steak. Alone, the steak was not too good and had an overwhelming/very salty flavor, but together with all the ingredients for the taco, it was alright. The spicy sauce was absolutely delicious and probably my favorite part about the meal I must say though.

Incredibly authentic Mexican food with fresh ingredients and good portions. Never expected the food to be this good but definitely worth going out of your way for this taco truck. I had the steak burrito. The salsas are great. Must try the agua fresca.

Seriously the best tacos you’ll find around here- no other place can even compete! All the food is so delicious and the customer service is always top tier. Everyone has to try this place out!
