I haven’t found a great tasting Indian Restaurant since I moved to Florida. My first time here was soooo good. The flavors here are absolutely amazing. I have been back twice in 4 days. The owner and staff are very friendly. I highly recommend you check this family out. I will be back again and again!

AMAZING!! Our server was extremely kind & knowledgeable on all the food choices! We received a complimentary bowl of their homemade potato soup and I’m not kidding, the best potato soup I’ve ever had! Everything we had was truly amazing! Medium is spicy!! First time experience was so disappointing. I was so excited to try this restaurant. I have had South Indian food many times, but I could not enjoy the dishes I ordered because the ghee or coconut oil overpowered the other flavors. It was also swimming in oil. All dishes tasted the same. I ended up throwing out the food. What a disappointment. Felt like I wasted my $60 plus.

First time here received excellent service. Server was very helpful and genuinely cared if we liked the food. The food itself was amazing we tried multiple dishes every dish was good there was nothing that didn’t taste wonderful. Server also gave us complimentary appetizers which was very kind and great to try something new, it was also delicious. Great experience restaurant was very very clean and food came out very fast. It was super fresh the naan was just out the oven highly recommend chicken and lamb dishes that we tried.

Living in NYC for 20+ years, I’ve eaten a lot of Indian food. Our dinner at Persis was outstanding. From the first bite, I was amazed how delicious it was. The spices were in perfect harmony, the texture of the slow-cooked chicken was tender, and the naan was light and flaky. My husband and I both ordered Chicken Curry, medium. (I would recommend mild for those who don’t love each bite spicy!) The owner came by after our meal — they begin cooking early every morning, he said. No leftovers, everything is made fresh that day. Definite hidden gem!! Some of the best Indian food I’ve had in NY, New Zealand or London. Pro tip: visit Saltwater Brewery in Delray before dinner.

Persis chain of restaurants never let me down. This was my 3rd Persis. The masala (spice) they used for the mutton/lamb was very spicy but very tasty. I could tell the different base spices used and was very authentic Indian. Even the baby corn was very tasty. It’s hard to find tasty vegetarian food with different tastes, but they did a very good job with not using common spiced/curries for different dishes. Even Paneer Biryani was tasty. Huge portions. Only 2 servers, but they kept up very well. It’s definitely a must visit place for excellent food (& simple atmosphere)

Later there was credit card fraud with three false charges being from the surrounding stores to the restaurant. Sad to see what was good food be turned to this.
