This is the second time I’ve ordered the grilled chicken wrap from the Lexington Ave location and extremely disappointed both times! Second time worse than the first! More flour tortilla, lettuce, cheese and ranch than grilled chicken! I’ve even requested lite on the ranch! My first experience ordering this item was the location on Ashland Rd and Stewart Rd. It was excellent, with a good amount of grilled chicken, lettuce, cheese and lite on the ranch as I requested. I guess I’ll try the O’Possum Run location next! I can’t run across town for this item! I was thrilled when Wendy’s came out with a healthier option other than their salads. I cannot eat a salad and drive!

Iv been going to multiple Wendy’s all over ohio for 3years now being keto and ordering just plain beef patties @$1.79 each without issues. I frequent the Galion location often and have not had often and have gotten them for this price without issue. All of a sudden last night I was told that tge Galion location would not sell me just the patty at $1.79 that I had to order a whole sandwich at $5.29. This is not how it’s been at any other location iv been to, and the person who I talked to was rude and not wanting to hear anything about how I had no issues just last week ordering just plain beef patties from this location. If you are keto ketovore or carnivore AVOID THIS LOCATION. I went to McDonald’s down the road and ordered 4 plain beef patties without issues at $2 each. Plus all the other food my family ordered that Wendy’s missed out on just because they weren’t willing to sell plain beef patties to a customer that had been there before that had gotten them there before. Wendy’s in Galion you also need to talk to your rude employees running the drive through around 5:30 pm on August 29the 2023. I will not be back to this location and you will not get anymore of my money.

I may be biased but this Wendy’s in my hometown has always been the best in the country. Always fresh food. Clean and great staff. Even a couple of familiar faces after 40 years! That tells you what a great crew they have!

We ordered our family breakfast online this morning, we order online enough that we received a couple free items. We redeemed the items and placed our order. Our order was shorted two a.m. baconators and a medium seasoned wedge. We called and asked if they could remake them and we would come right up and get them, because mistakes happen and we understand. The manager on duty basically called us a liar and that she shouldn’t remake our food that they forgot. She remade the food but gave us a ridiculous amount of attitude. This will be the last time we come to this location. I did not support this business as much as I have to be called a theif and a liar.
