I used to have faith in this location but then the experience got worse each time I went back. They now have a bunch of smelly homeless people hanging around the restaurant. Last time the management had to call the police to get rid of a man sleeping there.
The quality of food is also going down. The nuggets are overcooked and dry. And the beef in my hamburger was undercooked. If I were you, don’t order the quarter pounder bacon burger. For $7 it’s small and a bad deal. Their coffee also tasted ammonia. I wonder if a disgruntled employee tampered with the food. Although I have not yet met any employee that was rude to me. Anyway, will stay away from this location.

They might have a rodent problem. Went in to get my usual, i always order sugar and creamer on the side. Once I started prepping my coffee I noticed that all the sugar packets were torn up at random places. Had sugar at the bottom of the bag and one that spilled a bunch of sugar on my desk.

The McDonald’s in San Leandro is definitely a standout for the area. It gets very busy—especially before dinner time, but honestly, it’s packed almost any time of day. That said, the customer service is impressive. The staff does a great job keeping the line moving and making sure everyone is taken care of.
We ordered a Happy Meal and asked about specific toys, and the employee was super patient and helpful. Even with the rush, they made sure we got what we needed. The drive-thru can be a bit hectic, so just be patient—but overall, great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to this location today and they toslly messed up in the drive thru. I had to say my mobile app # several times and to top it off the order was totally wrong. I did get get a refund back, but the people in the drive thru should be more accurate with their orders.

Ridiculous, I order ice cream cones to go they put them in cups so I asked for spoons. The guy wearing black shirt told me next time cone doesn’t come with spoon. If you don’t give out spoons then don’t put it in a cup or show how you finish the ice cream in there.
