If you like a place where you can go get an iced coffee a bagel muffins and want to place to relax to catch up on reading or whatever type of laptop working need this is the place to go. My only thing was when you get an egg bacon sandwich on a bagel there’s one egg not two eggs

While the coffee shop has an excellent atmosphere and friendly staff, the coffee and food are just average. I was surprised to see my sandwich served on a paper plate too, which did not fit the coffeehouse vibe well. I would recommend to the owners an investment in “to-stay” plates and mugs.

I am a regular customer of Perks in Norwood Center, typically purchasing coffee drinks there 2-3 times per week. I find the service level at Perks to be truly excellent along with the taste and selection of both their hot and iced coffees. I would like to point out in particular that their staff member Danielle is always most polite and personable and she sets the industry gold-standard for sincere and professional service! I give Perks my highest possible recommendation!

The service was good. Everyone was very nice. I got a latte that was really good and a pastry that was a little dry. I didn’t try any of their food but I think in general the drinks might be better than the baked goods.

Excellent coffee. Parking is terrible, so if you find a spot…sit back and enjoy a good cup of coffee…..they also have excellent sandwiches, and treats, Danielle makes the best Mocha (hot) the entire staff is friendly with top notch customer service.. handicap accessible, public restrooms, and an very nice atmosphere, if you are looking for a relaxing cup of coffee and want to clear your head you can’t go wrong here, five Stars with two thumbs up.

This place is good. I got a chai tea latte w oat milk which seems to lack a little flavor but wasnt too bad. Milk needed to be frothed a little more and tea steeped longer with nutmeg. Also got an egg and tomato sandwich on a bagel which was good but could have been seasoned and the bagel buttered. Would like to see another non-meat option for sandwiches. Overall this place is nice and has a great sit in vibe. Would return
