I didn’t like that when I walked in & up to the counter your cashier/worker Jasmine didn’t greet me she just asked me was I getting something as I was the only one in line actively looking up at the menu deciding what I wanted. Please Teach your employees to greet all guest before talking to them. The people that gave me my smoothie & soup were nice.

This is a great location. There is plenty of parking. The inside of the restaurant is large and clean. The staff were polite and my order was prepared quickly. The garbage cans and dish returns were very under control, it is definitely one of the better locations in the area.

This is the first time I ordered delivery through the Panera App. And I’m very grateful, especially since it’s very cold out. My meal was very good, Just not the size I paid for and additional items on the salad were not included. But if this is a Whole, I’m curious to see what a half looks like

Honestly I wanted to rate this higher but this is what occured. I joined the sip club and thought I would be able to use the Panera cafe’s more liberally whatever is going on with the power outlets in the building broke my charging boxes for my phone and laptop and rendered them useless as well as there being no true proper power receptacle except in the bathroom. This was very disappointing, the fountain soda machine was not calibrated and the soda was flat. I would have tried more but I didn’t stay there. If Panera bread wants to offer a cafe experience I feel like they should at least make sure that their outlets work. This is just my opinion.

Dirty tables everywhere. Half of the patrons are watching/listening to videos or music on their phones, without headphones, at full volume. Service is perfunctory.

I have been a regular customer at Panera Bread for quite some time now, and I have always enjoyed my breakfast from this particular location. However, today was a huge disappointment. Despite knowing that I am Muslim and do not eat pork, they handed me a sandwich with bacon in it. It seemed like it was done on purpose, which is unacceptable. Not only did it go against my religious beliefs, but it also showed a lack of respect and consideration from the staff. I hope this was just a one-time mistake and not a reflection of the company’s values.
