Every time I order here there is a problem. Just placed an order for turkey dinner. No gravy, cranberry sauce or stuffing. Fries are cold and hard like they were cooked hours ago. Last time I order from this place

We love Perkins restaurants. We’ve found them to have consistently good food. I’d say the atmosphere is a couple steps up from Dennys as well as the food quality is better. They have AMAZING muffins and great pies. The restaurant we visited in Fort Myers FL had “buy 3 get 3 free muffins,” which, of course, we did. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures of the food or muffins, or pies….but they were good! I did get the flag , out front.

Lunchtime got real busy all at once. Our waitress, Regina, did an amazing job serving us. Monday is free pie day, even the pies were excellent. Definitely recommend Perkins.

I just got an order last night this is what my grilled cheese looked like. My French toast was hard and my sampler barely had any chicken. How many times are you guys going to give me horrible service? 100 bucks this time and thousands a year ordering through delivery services and they pick this location. Horrible and very disappointed again!

Me and some homies came in to dine after doing some work at church. Jo and Tiffanie had amazing customer service, made sure the food was fresh, and most importantly shared smiles and laughter with us. 10 out of 10 IGN.

I came in recently and Jo and Tiffinie gave amazing customer service. They showed me and my friends great attitudes and laughs. They openly joked with us and made us feel extremely comfortable. Went at dinner time. Several couples waiting to be seated ahead of us. Host was extremely friendly and polite and apologized for the delay in getting seated. Even though only about a quarter of the tables were occupied. The waitress was not friendly, polite or helpful. In fact after she took our order we didn’t see her until she dropped off the check, which she overcharged us.. The cook brought us our meals. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The waitress was very nice but the food was awful. Pancakes were thin and rubbery. Didn’t even finish the meal. I remember a time that the Perkins was a nice place to go. Our family would even go there after our children’s special events. We stopped going for years because it was so bad. Gave it a try a month or so ago and it was great! When we’d drive by after that they had very few customers so we knew it was bad again.

Greasy plates, eggs and potatoes.. my wife drinks hot water.. it was tea colored from unclean water/coffee pots… Additionally if the review system requires the customer to go to another website and send another review so that the complaint can get to the proper Perkins…. That system should be in review… You know exactly where I was you sent me the review.. you know exactly which Perkins it was… All you’re really looking for is some way to say we tried to make it right but the customer didn’t get back to us… I’m sorry that’s a Perkins pile…
