Went in there with.high hopes of the famous Pepe’s restaurant. Extremely poor customer service as soon as we walked in. Two young men just stood there, finally got seated in the dining room, which was extremely warm. Salsa came and let me tell you,it was disgusting. Pureed tomatoes with tons of onions,no cilantro. Proceeded to ask for a hotter salsa, that was vulgar. The chips were extremely salty.

We ordered a few plates to go and the service was great. Everyone had suggestions and was very well informed about the menu. Once we explained how many people we were trying to feed and showed them the coupons we had we got more than enough food for everyone. While we waited we had a “Bomba-rita!”I was sad they were out of Modelo but the Corona still made it come out good. I also had a cucumber margarita, I’m glad I asked for a Tajin rim because it gave it an extra kick.

Margaritas were so good because there was hardly any alcohol in them. And the food tastes like what Hispanic people think white people would like. And lots of old white people do like it so they must be doing something right. Everything is bland with no flavor. Worst guacamole I’ve ever had unfortunately

Yesterday I ordered tacos they gave me tacos with guacamole on them I’m allergic to guacamole. I contacted them and told them they put it in the tacos the owner says well they only put them on 3 and that he would not replace my order and rudely hung the phone up on me. My wife and son heard the entire conversation. Just thankful I didn’t eat enough to have an allergic reaction to the tacos. Also which we made very poorly. Next time I’ll just sick with La Mex better tacos and better service!

Ordered chili queso from here today and had to dig down in my sons throw and pull out a piece of plastic that was inside of the queso ! Called and the manager was rude and didn’t want to believe me until i sent him a picture of the plastic because the chili queso come prepackaged so they cut it open on the corner of the package and let the plastic fall in the dip and left it in there and my son scooped up a big glob of cheese with the plastic and it was lodged in his throat.

I bought 21 beef tacos special. The meat was not seasoned. The tomatoes were not cut properly. If I am being honest, the tacos were nasty. This is unlike the PePe chain.
