Great place to eat and this particular store follows order notes to the letter. The Penn Station app could use some updating but the stores themselves are great. If corporate sees this, give online customers the option of asking for extra steak seasoning please. The option to remove steak seasoning is available but not add extra option, thanks.

My husband picked up two cheese steak subs for us on Sunday evening 8/6/23. He said when he got there the employee there was asleep. So he woke him and ordered. The sandwiches were literally drowned in the sauce they use. I means the buns were so drenched they were soggy, the lettuce was dripping wet and the tomatoes were wilted. The fries were just half cooked and grease filled. We threw the entire thing away. We knew there was no manager in residence so no point in returning them. Think twice before going to the PENN STATION IN BEXLEY! Yuck!

The fries are overpriced and awful. $90 for 4 sandwiches, drinks and 2 large fries, 90% of the fries did not get eaten and most of the left over sandwiches were still in the refrigerator when I threw them out because no one wanted to eat them, that never happens at other sub shops.

I haven’t been to this location in a few years, but overall it was okay. The fries were not fresh, but the sandwich was good. Lemonade was a bit watered, but they have fresh sliced lemons to add so it was good once lemons were added.

Well, the bathroom was out, they were doing construction in the dining room, and the gentleman behind the counter taking my order refrained from ordering me the kids meal. They say they no longer have it. However, in Cincinnati where I live, they still do. I’m physically disabled, and had my brother with me who has dementia. Didn’t appreciate your cander. Couldn’t wait to get home, to tell my usual team, who has complete and total respect, for disabled people.

I went to the fifth Avenue location and they only had one person working and would not take any orders. I went to the Bexley location and they had only cash and no drinks because none of the equipment works. Penn station used to be a great place to go. You should shut down all locations.
