Ordered food in the app to be ready at 08:05 PM. I had 2 separate orders. Got there at 08:10 PM. Food wasn’t ready yet. It took the worker 15 minutes to make the first order, 3 subs. Then they made 2 carryout orders that got there after I did. They finally made the second order. Over all had to wait 40 mins after my order should have been done. The subs barely had any ingredients on them.

The young lady at the counter was very personable. The sandwich was made with care and toasted to perfection. The only drawback is the dining area needs some maintenance. It was clean but they were obviously experiencing roof issues.

I usually love the customer service at this subway with the guys, but this new lady, Laura, is terrible. She had a noticeable attitude, and didn’t listen to me when I told her what to put on my sandwich. She barely gave me any meat because she was lazy and trying to get it done, and also when I told her to give me extra sauce she wouldn’t give me extra sauce she put a line or two on it and when I said add more she wouldn’t listen. Like I said I usually get really great service there, but this woman makes me not want to come back.
