Terrible food. The wrap had way too much vinegar in it and ruined the texture and taste. The pizza sub had almost all the meat In one bite and was a grease monster. When they took my order I could barely hear the guy asking me what I wanted. All of the workers were incredibly quiet. The tables were sticky and smelled awful but at least they played 2hollis.

My experience this time at this location was great but disappointing at the same time I went there, and I expressed my allergies to the person that rung me up and took my order several times I told him I was allergic to mushrooms. He told me they would mark the sandwiches and also no mushrooms will be put in my sub unfortunately that was not done so when they were wrapping my sub, they could not tell which one was which and they advised me that I should’ve informed somebody when I told them I did inform the man that took my order. I think the manager‘s name was Nick and the other guy‘s name was Juan. They immediately stepped in action took my allergy seriously and remade my food as well as clean the grill before they made my food over. I want to thank them so much for taking my allergy serious cause some people really don’t I appreciate the courtesy.

09/12/2024 – First time visiting this Penn Station in a very long time. When I entered, I was not greeted and was told to wait a moment. Once the order taker was ready, I was still not greeted. I was asked what I wanted to order and I obliged. I ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak, with a small French fries, and a large lemonade. A customer who entered this Penn Station after me, received his order before mine. When I arrived to my place of employment, my sandwich was not cut in half. My fries did not and were not fresh. Parking out front, but tight and limited. Customer Service should be revisited. Btw, a male took my order who name was not Melissa. Okay prices.

For the second time they have messed up my order and inconvenienced me by having me return it due to their fault. Neither time was I compensated for the mistake let alone the inconvenience, not even so much as an apology! To add insult to injury I placed an online order on their app only for the app to state the order was not completed but my bank account was charged! This was New Years Eve 2026. I then proceeded to the Bexley location when upon arrival they were closing early so I was unable to place an order. I spoke with the manager on duty showed him where I placed the order, the apps response & where the money had been taken from my account. He informed me they were closed but they had a sub no one picked up I could have & lord & behold it was the order I’d placed online literally earlier that I was told they never received. Did I mention I actually called to report the issue before I even proceeded to the store! This is sad because overall, this is my favorite Penn Station location, but they have dropped the ball here at least three times looks like I’ll have to find somewhere else to go!

Ordered door dash picked it up nothing on the sub. The guys behind the counter with the beard refused to give me any toppings I told him I would pay for it. He refused.
I walked over to Jersey mikes asked the for topping and they gave them to me. Just something a customer should not have to fight for. I’ll never step foot into another pennstation again.

I am sorry to say we had a horrible experience here. My wife and I ordered a small cheese steak, a turkey wrap and 2 small fries for dinner in. We waited and waited…After 20 minutes they handed us her wrap and a fry. I asked about the other sandwich and fry and they acted like they didn’t know what I meant. Then finally a lady said “I am making now” in a mean kind of voice. 5 minutes later they hand me the sandwich all wrapped up to go. I asked about my fries and they looked at me like I was being a pain to them. It took another 5 minutes to get the fries!! I am also sorry to say that after all that, the food wasn’t very good. The fries were ok but neither my wife or I wanted to finish our sandwiches. This was our first time ever at a Penn Station….. it will also be our last. Avoid at all costs.

For some reason, whoever makes the delivery orders just make whatever they want without reading with the customer has customize. Then they wonder why people come in. There are going crazy about the money that they’ve wasted because people can’t even make the order right

Sandwiches and fries were very good, the employees were incredibly nice. The parking lot is a little small so you might have to park somewhere else and then walk. We were there at like 6 I believe and were able to find parking easily. The inside is cute with lots of table seating.

Generally pretty quiet atmosphere in the evening with plenty of seating. Staff is generally pretty busy yet attentive. Somehow, this time, they put the incorrect topping on my sandwich. However, it was the first time that has happened. I double-checked my receipt to see if I ordered correctly, just someone’s mistake.
It always seems very dark.
