Our experience was weird. The moment you walk into the shop the smell is awful. Not sure what it was (maybe just the older building) but it was off putting. Our interactions with staff also weren’t good (inattentive and not friendly). We were the only customers when we came in too.

Yum. Great price for a great dessert. I ordered the lil bro which was 2 fresh baked chewy cookies with a scoop of ice cream in the middle. I chose oatmeal cookies and honeycomb ice cream. Did not disappoint. New favorite dessert. Highly recommend. Inside the building there was a weird smell. But it didn’t ruin the tasty treat.

I LOVE penguin bros!! They use Rockwell ice cream which is some of the most high-quality, creamy and smooth ice cream I’ve ever had. Their cookies in my opinion beat out any of the huge doughy cookies you’ll get at …. certain successful cookie chains. The cookies have more of a homemade vibe, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. I really enjoy this place and come by way too often. I also like that you can get a day-old dozen of cookies for $5, such a great deal.

Penguin brothers is a delicious dessert shop that specializes in cookies and ice cream. You can get an ice cream sandwich which is ice cream in between two cookies. The Pizookie which is ice cream on top of cookies. Or just ice cream or cookies by themselves. The double fudge cookie was our favorite and was extremely delicious. The salt in the dark chocolate ice cream is way too intense. I just wish they would cook the cookies on the spot when you order them so they were hot and doughy. This place is definitely worth coming back to.

Fun ice cream place with some unique flavors and great decor. The ice cream was not as good and creamy as Farr Better ice cream but it was still good. I really enjoyed my Cookie Monster ice cream on top of a warm chocolate chip cookie! You can also make a cookie ice cream sandwich or just have a scoop if you so choose. The cookie was the best part of it and they will top it off with whip cream and other toppings if you like!

Delicious ice cream shop with some fun options. We tried a pizookie with two ice creams, one of which was honeycomb! I believe it had real honeycombs in it, and was delicious. The staff were really nice. The shop is really bright and fun, and there’s ample seating. Fun spot to try unique desserts.

Not sure how they have so many five star reviews. Went last night and all four of us put our dessert in the trash before we finished it. The ice cream was okay, but the cookies were really doughy. Not good at all. And they didn’t have any drinks to wash it down with. On top of that, it smelled inside. Bad all the way around.

I think what sets Penguin Brothers apart from the other ice cream and cookie places is the quality. The flavors are not only creative and inventive but they are also delicious. The ice cream is so creamy and not overly sweet. The cookies are decadent and compliment the cookies perfectly. We had the cookie monster pizookie and the mint Oreo cookie with the double fudge cookie. Both were awesome. Location is great service was excellent. Will be coming again.

After reading the Yelp reviews, I was ultimately disappointed with the ice cream. The staff were young and not terribly communicative or charismatic. The ice cream was too soft for my taste and the cookies were pretty undercooked.

I had their pizookie because who doesn’t love a warm, half baked cookie topped with ice cream!? It was close to closing and all they had was an oatmeal cookie which was actually quite delicious!! I topped it with their biscoff ice cream.. and although I feel like there was much more cookie than ice cream (3-1 ratio) i highly enjoyed this dessert! I would have liked them to offer us additional toppings. It was our first time and i had forgotten that you can add whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
