Pax Breu Ruim is a neighborhood pub with a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. We offer 20 craft brews on tap, an ever-changing menu of in-house craft cocktails on tap, a wine menu, plus an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages. Our event space is available to rent for parties, receptions, showers, or just a private gathering with friends. We can raise half of our storefront glass to transform Pax into a sidewalk pub. Come as strangers, leave as friends. Children and leashed dogs are welcome.

Great indoor/outdoor space! Great selection of beers, liquor, and cocktails. Added bonus: right next door to Cigar Man so you can grab a stick and come enjoy a drink out on the shaded sidewalk. This is my go-to these days for end-of-week decompression.

This is our favorite spot for a beer while on the Southside. They have an ever-changing rotation of beers across all the different styles, along with a more limited selection of wines and (I think) a couple of mixed drinks. No food, but food trucks regularly stop here. They’re dog-friendly and generally have a good pooch turnout. Big roll-up doors so it becomes an inside/outside spot when the weather is nice. Definitely a more low-key, neighborhood-centric spot if you want to escape the hustle of East Main Street.

If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. They have amazing beer, hard seltzer’s, and wine! They have popcorn for some free snacking and they welcome puppers, even encourage you to bring them. The space itself is beautiful and very well put together.
