Nice new Panera store. Food was prepared to order and tasty. Only gripe is that the bagels seem to be just bread, and not true boiled bagels. The store was so cold that we left rather than enjoying our drinks after finishing breakfast.

My Aunt and I visited the Lees Summit store yesterday. Our low tire light had come on as we were heading to Panera, so we attempted to use the ‘gadget’ my aunt had for inflating a low tire. It was windy and chilly outside so we were trying to hurry. The assistant manager, James, saw us outside, came out, took care of airing the tire, then took us in and not only personally waited on us, but he wouldn’t let us pay. He personally delivered our food to our table. He was so attentive and kind. We were so grateful for his help and as I told him, we need this type of kindness in our world right now. You can just tell when someone is truly a good person and James is just that. We loved Panera before, but James’ kind and caring personality took my love of Panera to a whole new level.

The Lee’s Summit location on Douglas is excellent in every way. I wanted to give them a good review because they deserve it. Had food delivered from the Blue Springs location and will NEVER eat at that location again!! $14 for a salad that was only partially filled with the main ingredient, Lettuce! Lee’s Summit location KNOWS how to make your food right. BLUE SPRINGS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!! Lee’s Summit location on Douglas…I’ve ordered delivery twice now and they have messed up both orders, first order they forgot things and this most recent order was terrible the food was terrible and greasy, my salad was dumped upside down, my bakery items broken in pieces, the bag was not sealed super disappointed do better this is ridiculous!!

Awesome as is every PB that I’ve visited from coast to coast! Especially the amazing people that get hired. Always top shelf human beings.
Oh and they were the first public franchise retailer in America to offer FREE WIFI. Before other restaurants, hotels or anywhere. They’ve been ahead of the curve for a very long time.

I would give the food more stars, but it tends to be pretty heavy on carbs and sodium, unless you’re careful with the choices. I tend to go with the deli turkey sandwich and soup.
It seems they have trouble getting the side orders correct, but they were very gracious and swapped them out when I mentioned the error. Overall, friendly service but Panera seems to find a lot of people these days who have trouble getting the order completely correct

Two of the three kiosks didn’t work. Over half of our order was wrong but they corrected it. Not a busy time of day but several dirty tables. Staff behind the register were nice but the guy in the kitchen acted like we didn’t know the difference between a frozen lemonade and a regular one.

Screwed up the order again, had to drive back. Got a “sorry bout that” replaced the incorrect item. Then bye….. unimpressed with the twelve year olds the can’t offer a positive solution.

Normally I don’t post bad reviews because I don’t expect an amazing experience every time. This is the 4th time with this location getting bad avacados on my sandwich. I just feel like it’s simple, if the avacado is bad don’t put it on the sandwich! Definitely done going here I’ve tried giving them chances to make it right because this location is on my way to work. Not doing that again. Do better!
