We lived in Europe for almost 5 years. The food at Paul’s brings back good memories. Sometimes drinks (like matcha latte) do not meet expectations but they will accommodate any request and they are always happy to fix any problems with their drinks or food. Their lattes are delicious.

The food is always great. The peach and red fruit teas weren’t the great. The service however, 100/10. Adie was dealing with a rush of customers and a backed up kitchen and was calm and helpful. One of our items ended up taking half an hour and I could see she was very sympathetic. I had no issue waiting because of her service. We’ll be back. I do wish they still had the fresh squeezed orange juice.

The customer service was poor (cashier has a very bad attitude), the food overpriced. In the price table say a price but the cashier give us a different price (more expensive), the lettuce was in poor condition and old, the vinaigrette expired. I do no recommend this place at all.

Loved the Ruby Dipped Palmer! It was perfect! Crisp Chewy Flaky Soft & the Ruby Chocolate was a huge bonus. Also great Iced Vanilla Latte. Our Poppy Chicken Pesto sandwich was bland.

The employee refused to serve us during regular business hours of the store, stating that they’re closing shortly. I wanted to purchase five desserts and two coffees and sit outside. He refused to give plates stating that they’re closing shortly. As for coffee, he said he wasn’t going to make any coffee, and instead we should grab the bottled coffee from the refrigerator. So much for the service in a French restaurant. I thought that if you come before closing, you are supposed to get service. I am not coming back to this establishment. The employee was very rude.

Terribly rude service. Ordered strawberry pistachio macaron and got pistachio macaron. When I told front desk (name was Tonya) she said, no you ordered pistachio. And then proceeded to say but you already paid for it. Ended up giving me the strawberry and pistachio macaron and a huge attitude telling me I can keep the old one. I left the old on at the counter and the manager told Tonya that she can keep the macaron.

Beautiful display of baked goods and food and for a reasonable price! I didn’t order any drinks, but I did get cookies, croissants (they have a good variety), and danishes. They heated up well in the microwave and were good the next day!
