Brand new restaurant serving good, reasonably priced pub food in a convenient location. Free parking but the paved lot is bumpy. Excellent, friendly service, generous glass of wine, somewhat limited menu.

Nice place and an ideal location. Very nice inside and great staff. The problem is they are greatly understaffed. You can save money on your business, but it will backfire when clients do not wish to return. It has nothing to do with the staff. The limited menu is”OK”! The problem seems that the kitchen has one cook. I ordered there Famous Smash Burger at 6 pm, it was served at 8pm. If I was not enjoying time with friends, I would have left

We were very excited to check out the Paugus Bay Pub. Our server Grace was prompt, polite, and went above and beyond for us. Menu has something for everyone. We both ordered the Smash Burger and it came with shoestring fries (our favorite!) Burger was juicy and delicious. We plan to head back and try the pizza next. Great addition to our community. This recently renovated restaurant looks amazing. They are short staffed and wicked busy but doing the best they can. The chicken fingers and wings are very good. The fish & chips was very bland, but some people may like it that way. The schnitzel was very good. The fried chicken sandwich and fries were very good. The smash burger and the cheese pizza were great too. Beers are nice & ice cold. Very upbeat atmosphere, honestly it can get pretty loud, So if you are looking for a quiet place to eat, you may not like it. But all the staff are friendly and helpful. We have been there 3 times and will be back for sure.

We are tourists from out of town and found ourselves (mom/dad and 3 kids) in here for lunch on a rainy Wednesday. Our server Trent was so friendly and personable. We ordered the maple buffalo tenders as an appetizer (MUST TRY!! The sauce is homemade, we wished we could buy bottles of it to bring home!!!) and 3 pizzas to split. Everything was phenomenal and tasted so fresh. They had a little issue with the pizza ovens heating up so the pizzas took about 40 minutes but they were worth the wait! AND they offered us free fries while we waited. Everyone was so pleasant, the atmosphere was fun and comfortable, food was delicious, but the service was what truly blew us away. So refreshing. Thank you Trent and Paugus Bay! We’ll be back!!

We thought we would try the pub since we followed the journey to opening the new establishment. We were very disappointed. The crispy wings were not crispy but they were good. However, at close to $3.00 a wing they are not something I would get again. We also got a cheese pizza that was burnt, dry and like eating charcoal. There really was no flavor but that could have been because the thin crust style pizza was over cooked. I would also call the pizza an appetizer for two and not a pizza for two as the size is very small. We visited the location when it was under previous ownership and the new set up is very good. However, we wanted to watch the US Open and there was only 1 TV that could not be seen from one side of the bar. There were other TVs but the bartender told us she did not know how to turn them on.

Stopped in for first time, was excellent and got great service and huge portion sizes. Steak frit was delicious as was the charcuterie board. Can’t wait to try the pizza on next visit – cool new spot.
