It was good but some of your workers could be more friendly, you speak to them at the window and some of them act like they don’t have you and I go somewhere else to get the straws, ketchup and other things that I need when I ordered, other than that the food was good

I almost neber give 5 stars, but these guys deserved it tonight. I went in at about 9pm. Only 3 people was working, only 2 that I saw. These young men had the place spotless. The dining area and the back kitchen area was also very clean. I didnt go into the restrooms so I cant speak on that. They were nice. They came up/greeted me right away. They made fresh onion rings for me as the other I guess had gotten old. I dont think they pay these young men enough. They said no one wants to work so theyre always understaffed. They didnt complain at all tho. I couldn’t compliment them enough. All I see is complaints about BKs everywhere. Hek, I’ve gotten food posioning from both the ones in Athens multiple times so I stopped going. I dont have that problem at this location tho. I’ve been here before and the drive through can be slow…. but I dont blame them when you only have 2 or 3 people doing EVERYTHING. These guys tonight highly impressed me. Both with how clean everything was and with how kind they were. But also because they didnt complain at all. It was walking into the twilight zone but a nice one. Y’all, please show them kindness when going through there. Inreally hope management sees this. They need a raise.

Unless it’s Chick-fil-A, good customer service is almost unheard of when it comes to fast food restaurants. However I have to brag on one particular employee at this burger King location. His name is Nate. He was very polite and his customer service was great. There was a mix up with my mobile order and he was very accommodating. I hope his management sees this so they will know of the great job he is doing.

Drive thru. Had to wait on my food, even though I ordered ahead through the app. I was given my soda at widow told I needed to pull up my impossible burger was still cooking. I order the meal. About five minutes late later another employee brings me a bag with an attitude of he really didn’t want to. I thought the bag felt light. I checked inside fries were missing. I called to him to tell him. He seemed in a “whateverish” type way, but none the less returns with my fries. I understand people have stressful days, but when we work in a customer oriented environment we have to figure out a way to keep it going or go home and take care of self. I’m in no hurry to return to that Burger King.

Was actually going to What a Burger, but thought we might change it up. Order was ready too fast, first sign of precooked food waiting unsuspecting takeout orders. These places believe we will pass off or excuse our experiences as a one off. They are not one offs more of the business practices. Specialty burgers are undersized and lukewarm. Obviously Burger King can put out very tasty food, unfortunately each location is different. Apparently this location has yet to learn the value of word of mouth. Don’t expect to see another review of this location from me.
