To be honest I normally don’t do this, and I wouldn’t even give any stars!! Last night 10/8/2025 I ordered 20 piece garlic parmesan hot wings, 20 hot wings and 10 mild a LG pizze. Mind you the lady who took my order read it back to me 3 times.. When I arrived to pick up there were only 20 parm wings and 10 mild wings. I was told they couldn’t make me the 20 hot wings b/c all the equipment was turned off due to closing. I called today 10/9/2025 to speak to the manager because when we got home there were no sauce on the wings and service was ignorant, the manager insisted I ordered breaded wings and refuse to give me corporates number.. he called me babe and when I corrected his vocabulary he told me I was hearing things and hung up on me. Still never corrected the food that nobody ate because it was NASTY!!.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The quality of food is not like it used to be. The rolls for the subs and cheesesteaks are stale. The spaghetti sauce has no flavor. The prices are higher and you get less food. The last time I got a salad it wasn’t very fresh. I won’t be going back

If I could give NO stars I would! Placed an order yesterday and they gave me chicken nuggets in a wrap that was overcooked and under proportioned. It was supposed to be two buffalo wraps loaded w/everything except lettuce and that is what we got. Manager hates his job and offer to give the standard 10% discount for next order. The next day I earned $10 coupon, so I figure give them another chance. Called to get 10% discount and Manager said no either $10 coupon or 10% off. I was too disguised, but order anyway using $10 coupon. Just received order the pizza was BURNT and COLD (make that make sense!) and the buffalo sauce on wings was so salty would bring on high blood pressure! This place went down hill. I am DONE with them!! Not even worth calling to complain! Not happy about the money loss, but FULL WARNING OTHERS!

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni for $12.98. It didn’t have pepperoni. Nick offered me a $5 coupon or to drive 20 min back to the store for the pizza but refused to cook fresh food for my family so we could all dine together. I come once or twice a year from out of state and never again. Nick is rude and not willing to care about mistakes he and his employees make.

Ordered rustic chicken sandwich and order of onion rings. Chicken sandwich didn’t have as much chicken as it use to…I understand that due to economy it was still good. My waffle fries were burnt. The onion rings way over priced for the 7 small rings I got!! I can by a bag and tiss them in oven and they taste better!! You guys use to have the best onion rings. Sadly I won’t be back

My last order was a disaster, I ordered two grilled chicken salads, and the chicken smelled bad and was hard as a rock. I will not order again! The manager refused to replace the food or return my money. They lost a customer, but they don’t care.

The food has changed. The sauce used to be great light creamy wine sauce because whomever cooked it knew what they were doing for the buffalo chicken stromboli with sweet peppers. It’s now only red hot sauce & the cake is no longer whipped cream it’s chocolate premade thick chocolate icing. I enjoy the other triple layer chocolate cake that hasn’t been around. The service is always outstanding.

I tried to order pizza with hamburger and bacon. For some cosmic reason they could not understand what hamburger ment. 1 ? they asked if it was hamburgers put on a pizza, then tells me they do not have any pizza like that, I even explained the meat on a pizza as a topping. Still could not understand. totally bizarre experience. FAF.
