My husband and daughter went in the store to order at 7:50pm, the music was so loud they guy did not see them or hear them. They waited for 8 minutes and they guy finally turned around and told them they were closed and would not take their order. The sign said open and supose to be open till 8. Very disappointed in how rude he was.

I’ve been going there weekly for Years with no problems, but I’ve notice in the last few months that something has changed with the cheesey bread. It’s the whole thing bubbles up like crazy when you bake it and you literally have to use a knife to cut if off the tray. We never had these problems before but the last 7 or 8 orders have all been the same disappointment

I like Papa Murphy’s pizza, it’s really good, very tasty. Normally, I have no problems when ordering, however on this last visit, I was sold something I did not want. I said i wanted a cheese/breadstick type pizza, and I ended up with a plastic tray full of sauce and cheese, no crust, it was disgusting, and because of that I’ve not been back. But If you get what you actually want, they are fantastic.

I was just in there and two of the four people were new, one being their first day on the register – the manager (or who I assume was the manager) was awesome at keeping them moving, was flawlessly moving between making pizza and helping the newbies. The other experienced worker was also really helpful for the new workers. Was awesome to see them work so well together during a really busy time. And I’m sure the pizza will be good.

When I first got there there was one lady working on something asked if I was ready to order. I noticed a employee sitting on the ground next to the entrance to the prep area. The manager on duty was very friendly. The wrap on the pizza was very loose. Please wrap the pizza’s up more neat and secure.
