The pizza is good. This store is fine. Rating is for the website which is pretty bad. Seldom works long enough to place an order, so end up calling in. The app continually monitors your location, so obviously I have never installed that. It’s 2024, figure out the website technology.

I love Papa Murphy’s and the staff at SedroWoolley are the best. I’ve seen Katie, the manager, handle a difficult and irrational customer complaint with grace and a smile on her face helping the customer to get control of his emotions and leave satisfied. Today, no one was there but they were busy with orders and multitasking and I was surprised at how quickly my order was ready. It was excellent teamwork today for Katie and Haley. Thanks for a delicious lunch!

This makes the absolute best pizza. If you want a good pizza experience, this was perfect because it was going to be in an hour and a half before I would be able to get it home and I had them warm up the oven and then when I got home we just popped it in the only drawback that I had. Was that the special was not advertised in my face? There was nothing about it on the menu board. What I really wanted was a thin crust, New York style pepperoni and sausage pizza. It turned out that they were having a special on this for this day for only $9.99, but I didn’t see that so that ordered a stuffed Chicago family style which is my traditional go-to and so I got them both and when we got home bam we put that little thin one in there and we had dinner in 15 minutes and boy was it perfect perfect and then the next day my bake the the big one and we had a lot of people and we’ve been eating on that one. It just feeds and feeds it a whole bunch of people for her. I don’t know. We’ve been eating on it for 3 days now. It’s just a tremendous value in every bite is delicious

I was just in there and two of the four people were new, one being their first day on the register – the manager (or who I assume was the manager) was awesome at keeping them moving, was flawlessly moving between making pizza and helping the newbies. The other experienced worker was also really helpful for the new workers. Was awesome to see them work so well together during a really busy time. And I’m sure the pizza will be good.

When I first got there there was one lady working on something asked if I was ready to order. I noticed a employee sitting on the ground next to the entrance to the prep area. The manager on duty was very friendly. The wrap on the pizza was very loose. Please wrap the pizza’s up more neat and secure.
