It’s nice to have both KFC and Taco Bell in one place. I can order one or both with no problem and the customer service is excellent here. I couldn’t eat Taco Bell for several years because I ate too much of it at one time. When I ate here the first time it tasted so good. I’m sorry for other’s that had problems here. I know they’re doing the best they can. Five stars from me.

Ordered a number 12 with mashed potatoes with no gravy and coleslaw. Got home, opened the taco, and it quite literally fell apart in the wrapper and all over my clothes. Went to go eat my mashed potatoes with no gravy, they put gravy on it. Absolutely no silverware and we had three side entrees that needed silverware. Spent 32 dollars for soggy disgusting food. 0/10 the Burlington Taco Bell is 1000% better.

I usually love Taco Bell. One of my guilty pleasures .The 5$ value box times two and their new steak burrito . Everything was awful. Cinnamon treats tasted burnt , taco literally feel apart , both burritos so saucy that’s all you could taste . Steak burrito was not 3$ , it’s almost 6$ . Worst Taco Bell ever .

Greatest Taco Bell I’ve been to. Its got KFC. Workers are average. Food is always as standard. Sometimes messes up orders but quickly fixes them.
The only gripe I have is that they are not open as said online. They seem to choose whenever they want and are not open for long during the day.

I’ve never had a complaint about this place until now. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 meals. We pulled up, were greeted and asked what we wanted. My husband first ordered a number 6 (chalupa meal) with chicken and a Pepsi. We both thought the woman said “Okay” and he started to order the next meal. She cuts in with “Whoa! Can’t you just hold on a moment?” We feel bad we jumped the gun there by mistake, but there was no need for her to get snippy with us.
We pay and get the food. The younger woman working the window was nice. She even gave us a treat for our dog. I’d give her 5 stars if I could, since she did her job the way she should have.
We drove the 20 miles home and opened up our meals. My husband order the Luxe Box and got what looked like slop. It had been crushed in the box by the weight of my meal on top of it. It was maybe a Mexican pizza, but it certainly wasn’t a Luxe Box. Either way, it was smashed all over the box and made with stale tortillas. My meal was steak chalupas instead of chicken. Also, if they thought my husband ordered a Mexican Pizza, then we should have also got another taco with it. Our bag only contained two tacos.
I wish I could attach a picture of the mess my husband ended up with, but unfortunately, he just sat down and ate it, anyway. I wish he wouldn’t have, because I would have driven back there to complain to the manager about the rudeness and incorrect orders.

The lady taking the order needs training on how to take an order properly and how to be polite. If you don’t put the correct food in the bag, don’t get mad at the customer. You don’t need to be working for any service industry.

It’s very unfortunate to watch this store go downhill recently, both TacoBell and KFC. It used to be great, but for the past year, I have eaten here dozens of times and always wind up disappointed. I’ve kept coming back hoping that it will be better, but nothing seems to change. This location really needs a complete overhaul. And I know it’s not every location because I have NEVER had this issue in Burlington. Every time I have been here, at least half of my order is inedible due to it being so old and barely luke warm. I come when it’s busy so how is the food never fresh?! How long are the employees letting this food sit out? Honestly seems like they are overdue for an inspection because I guarantee they are not following ServSafe protocols.
I even tried dining in to see if that would help, but it’s not worth it to have it remade when it’s every single item. Make it right the first time!
