If I could give this location a 0 I would. Ivy the store manager is disrespectful to customers and aggressive towards customers. We don’t work FOR the company so yes we was customers have questions. When I come I can and order and leave and the customer behind me says “what’s her problem “ Ivy. So with the attitude/aggressiveness I go back into the restaurant and ask for supervisor contact and she says I’m manager and supervisor with a big smile! I told her ok, well I’ll call papa Murphy customer service. Well Marrissa called me shortly after. I spoke with her letting her know the disrespectfulness at this location and nasty attitude from Ivy. The fact Ivy said NO one will call me back because their busy is tarnishing. So disrespectful and so cold to customers. Marrissa the area supervisor stated they don’t read reviews. Well take this as an eye opener if your ordering from this location. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE reviews. Ok, No pineapple being ordered is clear now, such a sad location with awful attitude. Like I told Marrissa it’s the nastiness I received and another customer seeing it stating there was no need for the act. Owners can call me as well. Well… So much for my childhood. I grew up on Papa Murphy’s. It’s been years since I had it and I finally remembered their Tuesday deals! I ordered a regular olive and sausage pizza and they had it ready about 10 minutes early. Great! When I grabbed it off the rack, however, the crust looked VERY thin for a regular crust pizza. I asked the employees if it was supposed to look like that. They then proceeded to lie to my face, telling me “it will puff up in the oven.” As you can see, it did not. This is a thin crust pizza (with very skimpy toppings) and I’m disappointed. Won’t be returning.

We ordered and picked up a Chicken Bacon Artichoke Delight pizza today. When we unpacked it, we found it had only 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Unacceptable! I called the store and offered to text the manager a photo of the uncooked pizza. He said we had to “bring the pizza back” to the store to see if he could replace or fix it. Another 30-minute drive each way to fix the store’s mistake? No thanks. Ridiculous!

I have ordered the XL NY pepperoni special about 30 times from other locations. I noticed that there were 50% fewer pepperonis than normal. I asked if I could have more pepperonis which would have totalled about 5 or 6. The on duty manager with puffy black hair with blond tips cared so much about not giving me the proper amount of pepperonis that she said I could leave a negative review instead of giving me 6 more peperonis, so here we are. I called the other locations that I go to and confirmed that I did not receive the proper amount. It upsets me that she cared so much about not giving me the same amount of pepperoni that I normally get.

Ordered the Chicken, Bacon stuffed pizza. Instead of the Chicken and Bacon, they decided to put Sausage and Pepperoni. Being a stuffed pizza you will not know it is wrong until after its cooked and I’m not going to drive all the way back with a hot pizza. We have been weekly loyal clients for over 3 years. The wrong pizzas were made and we didn’t realize until we got home. To compensate us they were willing to have us drive back to the store to return the pizzas we brought into our home. Then they would put it back in their inventory. Yep you read correctly. My offer was, we will keep the wrong pizzas because we didn’t have the time to go back and you credit our next order. The card he played was I will have to call my area manager for approval. I serve customers every day and we would be out of business if this is how we treated them. I am sickened by the lack of customer service. We will never go there again. You lost a lot here, hope it was worth it.
