Ordered and were asked to pull forward… no problem. 15min later we were still sitting there. 6 or more cars got their food. We pulled back around and said we aren’t sure what happened but we don’t have our food. No apology or care from the manager… got our food and nothing was cooked. Ended up throwing it all away. Good luck at this place.

Ever Since Will was let go! Will as in the Manager Will!!!! They let this restaurant go down hill too!!!! This place is a disappointment. Manager carries her weed pen in her back pocket like really come on now your the manager kids come in with parents and then to ask for a side of mayo and that took 5 minutes in it’s self to get. Staff is slow. Went there tonight to order a 50 piece nugget can’t order those on a Friday because they didn’t have any so we cancelled our order went elsewhere. This place use to be my favorite location to come to was actually the only one that was good in the surrounding areas. Wendy’s lost my 5 ⭐

I haven’t had the same bad experience here as others may have, but I have at the Hardee’s in town. Just the worst over there and I used to work for Wendy’s in another state so I know what I’m expecting. Today I got my food very fast even when I asked for unsalted fries. They were very hot and fresh. I don’t go here often but when I’m hungry and I’m Ottawa I’ll go here.

Ordered Chicken Asiago Ranch meal. Had one piece of bacon and one small leaf of lettuce. I guess I should be lucky I got my buns with the sandwich. And no spoon or straw for my frosty. I asked the drive thru person and she closed the window on my face. Very rude. I would be too if I had teeth like she did . Never again

The service here is bad. I’m not a local. I wished I had read reviews before stopping on my way home. Staff is just slow. Stood and watched them work. Do not stop here if you need your food within 10-15 minutes. The flies are busier than the people.

We were the last order of the night we waited 25 minutes after pulling up. Which the worker came out because the card didn’t ring up. So they knew we were out here. We pulled back around to the window and they forgot that we were there and they were cleaning. Very unhappy with this.

We waited 14mintutes for 2 cheeseburgers 2 fries & 2 4-pc nuggets. Fries were cold , cheese wasn’t melted on burgers. No ice in machine , no cherry sprite either. Floor is so sticky your shoes stick to it. Has to be one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Place needs a good manager asap. Whatever happened to district managers & secret shoppers .
