This was by far the worse wendys I’ve ever been to. The condiment section was disgusting! The pump ketchup was thick and gross, I’m glad it wouldn’t dispense, and the packets were covered in old ketchup. Little helpful tip for the future don’t put bacon in the title of a sandwich, if your gonna put 2 quarter slices, the picture says it all. Won’t be back, save ur money

Wendy’s is my daughter and I’s favorite place to go for fast food. I usually get her and I junior size items as they are perfect sizing for us. With that, it’s usually always affordable. My daughter always loves the cute toys with the kids meals (currently it’s the my strange pet, she now wants to collect them all). This Wendy’s always has a friendly atmosphere, workers are always nice and it’s always clean inside when we choose to eat inside. I order through the app on my phone and there is usually always good deals.

Don’t order from any fast food restaurants in Ottawa because apparently culvers is the only location where they actually hear your order. Ive ordered from every fast food location and Ottawa and apparently culvers is the ONLY location where you dont have to scream your order out the window. I order a large fry and a 10 piece and didn’t get any fries because employees are careless

I order from this location through DOORDASH. Every time they screw up something in my order! I really only order because they’re the only place open due to the limited options but cmon Wendys…..DO BETTER! The food never tastes fresh not frozen, fries are 99% old, 7 x in a row now no sour cream or butter for the sour cream and chive potato! The night managers are rude and just don’t care!

Ever Since Will was let go! Will as in the Manager Will!!!! They let this restaurant go down hill too!!!! This place is a disappointment. Manager carries her weed pen in her back pocket like really come on now your the manager kids come in with parents and then to ask for a side of mayo and that took 5 minutes in it’s self to get. Staff is slow. Went there tonight to order a 50 piece nugget can’t order those on a Friday because they didn’t have any so we cancelled our order went elsewhere. This place use to be my favorite location to come to was actually the only one that was good in the surrounding areas. Wendy’s lost my 5 ⭐

10 am is when they stop serving breakfast they have great big eg sausage burritos. Chicken wraps are amazing . Also great customer service by cashier the guy with the tattoos was super kind and apologized for the wait super busy around 11:00am

The food was great and made to order exactly. But we went inside to order, but took it with us. And we had to wait like 7 minutes before anyone took our order. They were very busy with door dash orders snd the drive up window, so I understand. But yence need more associates. Thank you. But all associates were very nice and they did acknowledge us.

I’ve given Wendy’s numerous chances to make things right by going back over and over again. Went there tonight to get some dinner, almost forgot our frosty we ordered. Then get home and somehow a plain burger means tomato mayo and the other stuff they put on it. I’m not one to do reviews but over the years giving numerous chances, don’t think I’ll be back at this location. I’ll make the 20min drive to the next town over.

Your staff is rude and unprofessional. Waited 15 minutes for the food I ordered. Not sure why I had to wait in the first place because I was the only customer and my order was wrong. I do not recommend going to this Wendy’s location. If I could give zero stars I would.

I waited for my order for more than 20 minutes, in the end they mixed everything up and didn’t put in the nuggets. Then when I told them about this, they changed my order, but instead of 6 nuggets it turned out to be 5. The worst Wendys I’ve ever been to. The tray on which my order was given was dirty with food leftovers from an old order, like all the tables in the restaurant.
