The experience was exceptional. The staff was courteous and conducted their duties with great professionalism. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 10 out of 10. I highly recommend trying the chimichurri steak and egg hash, which was very flavorful, as well as the Chickichanga. The beverage I ordered included a honey caramel crunch iced coffee, which was particularly delightful. In terms of taste, I would compare it to a caramel crunch frappe from Starbucks, making it my preferred drink. The only concern was that the water contained some floating particles; greater attentiveness to this detail would be advisable. Aside from that, the overall experience was excellent.

I had such a great experience at First Watch in Fairfax, Virginia this morning. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy — the perfect way to start the day. The space was clean, bright, and buzzing with that laid-back breakfast vibe that makes you instantly relax.
My waitress, Rachael, was absolutely amazing. She had such a friendly personality and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. She greeted me with a smile, took the time to make recommendations, and made sure my order came out exactly as I wanted it. You could tell she genuinely cared about creating a great experience.
I ordered the Tri-Fecta with the Belgian waffle, perfectly golden and crisp on the outside, light and fluffy inside, with fresh strawberries on the side that added just the right touch of sweetness. To drink, I had the Morning Meditation fresh juice— a refreshing blend of orange, lemon, turmeric, and beet juice that felt like a burst of sunshine and health in every sip. A popular choice.
Everything tasted incredibly fresh and made with intention, and the service from start to finish was flawless. I left feeling happy, nourished, and already planning my next visit.

My fiancé and I had a very nice breakfast here on Saturday! I had the florentine eggs benedict which was delicious! I had the salad side which had a super tangy lemon dressing! It was SO good but SO tangy! My fiancé had French toast, eggs, and chicken apple sausage which he really enjoyed. The service was great, we were seated right away, and the noise level was moderate enough so we could actually hear each other talk! Reasonable pricing for the quality of food. We really enjoyed it at First Watch and will surely be back again! Highly recommend if you’re in the Fairfax area!

Went to First Watch at Lunchtime and had a great breakfast! This place always hits the mark. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. I had the Ham and Gruyère omelette and what I really liked was that the eggs were seasoned before they hit the griddle. What can I say “I like salt”. The greens were fresh and the ham in the omelette was like a cross between lunch meat ham and Virginia country ham. Very good!

This was my second time dining at First Watch, and it was just a wonderful as the first even though it was an entirely different location. Being able to have a similar experience in service and food quality at two different locations speaks to the professionalism and quality control of the company. This time I enjoyed the Power Wrap and a fall special of Pumpkin Spice doughnut holes. My wife had another special, the Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich. Everything was delightful and we even purchased coffee on our way out. First Watch provides a consistent experience at reasonable prices.

Great location to have breakfast at 0930 before many of the surrounding stores open at 1000. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly hostess and seated immediately. Julia was the waitress and was very kind and sweet. I chose the healthy turkey omelet and it was delicious!

Great restaurant, nestled somewhat hidden in a shopping complex. We were warmly greeted and taken to our table by the hostess. Our server, Rachel, was extremely helpful as we were first time customers. Take her advice on what to order and you won’t go wrong. The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions. The coffee is some of the best I’ve tried. If you are looking for a breakfast place in Fairfax then go to First Watch.

I’m a regular here and love coming here. The staff are great and I have yet to have bad food, and it’s made me a bit more exploratory them I tend to be. The atmosphere is really good; calm and cozy, even when busy. Get a warm drink and make it even better. Wonderful natural lighting too. Many a good breakfast meetings have been had here.
