Went in to get the 9.99 up to 3 topping carry out pizza , that is advertised on the outside of their building and the worker would absolutely not honor it and said it was an old sign . Absolutely poor customer service ! If your business has a sign that states a certain price you absolutely should honor it as part of great customer service . It was very disappointing as I’m a great customer and I’ve ordered many times from there throughout the years . I definitely walked out and won’t be back .

The cleanest and most organized Papa Johns I’ve been too. I saw the signs and boxes all over but still didn’t believe it. There wasn’t a bunch of people standing around waiting for mixed up orders or angry customers. Would go back even though it isn’t the closest.

We ordered pick-up from this store. They forgot our sauce, and they put onions on both of our pizza’s… neither of our pizza’s were supposed to have onions. It just so happens that onions are one of the only pizza toppings I hate.

Beware they use Doordash for delivery now so of course that means your food will show up late and cold. If ordering from here, I definitely suggest pickup because pizza is always perfect. Would hate for it to be ruined by door dash.

Inadequate staffing led to the store forgetting about my order. I called 30 minutes after expected delivery and they said it would be out of the oven in 15 minutes. Thankfully they let me cancel the order and refunded the money, but it significantly altered dinner plans (and timing).

Was working graveyard shift so ordered a pizza and soda at about 10:15pm through Uber-eats. About 30min later Uber canceled my order saying thier diver said the store was closed when they got there. Called the store directly and they confirmed they were open until midnight, had customers currently in the store, and my order was ready and waiting for pickup. They then had one of their drivers deliver my order instead. The lady at Papa Johns that I spoke to on the phone was super nice and very professional. (Delivery driver was the same as well.) Excellent customer service.

This is the first time I’ve order from papa John’s in many many years. The order took almost an hour to be out for delivery which was 20 longer than they originally stated. I didn’t understand why delivery was $8 until it finally went out for delivery and it was doordash. Not sure how many different stops the doordash lady had but the food was lukewarm when it finally arrived. The bake was ridiculously greasy. One of the papadias was undercooked and cut at a random angle, making it extremely difficult to reheat it. The cheese bread was good. If I’m paying doordash prices I’m not going to order pizza. Overall I’m extremely disappointed.

It’s a Wednesday night I needed to feed my grandson so I called Papa John’s. I was under the understanding that my peace will be here and Route 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes before calling because it was soon to close and I was told that my pizza I had went out 30 minutes ago and that they use the doordash. Basically after waiting an hour pizza never arrived the stores closed and I never got my pizza. Yes my my money will be returned to my card but now it’s too late to order something else for my grandson. I’m very unsatisfied with this company and I will never do business with them again!
