If I could give it zero I would. Ordered for delivery over the phone I live within 10 minutes drive from the location. Ordered on the phone and the gentleman was extremely rude and had no knowledge of their deals he said 15-20 minutes. tell me why I didn’t get it for over a hour. I timed it! The pizza was inedible. And when I called they said sorry and didn’t offer anything to fix it. The driver apologized at the door said that the place was going downhill and would probably close its doors soon. I hope they do honestly. I got sick after eating this.

Ok, I use this Papa Johns all the time. Like, way to much. But maybe no longer. My order said it would be around 90 minutes. No problem, it’s Friday and busy. But I called when it was still showing “prepared” after 90 mins and could not get through. Kept getting hung up on after 2 rings. Finally got through. Guy on the phone was like, “I have no idea when it’s going to be there. We have only a few drivers, but it is ready.” So now I’m thinking, how long has it been sitting out? He said “I can look at my driver list to see when I think it will be out.” I said ok. He did not seem pleased I made this request. I have kids that are hungry and if I need to go somewhere else I need to know. He gets back on 5 minutes later and says “it’s on its way.” I’m like, great. He had previously offered to also give me a credit for the hassle. I said, “do I still get the credit?” He was like “hmmm, whatever.” It’s was crazy! I get it, sometimes your job sucks but man, I’m being super nice here. I could have called upset and angry, but I called just for an update. And then 30 minutes later it shows up freezing cold. And the expensive pizza I paid for is covered in garlic sauce from one that broke. Guessing that was the person I spoke to on the phones middle finger to me. And the driver even knew it happened… Actually felt bad for him as I’m sure he was getting angry people left and right..

Advice for cook: add more sauce. Dryest pizza I’ve ever had in over 10 years ordering from papa Johns. I’ve never experienced ruined pizza before. It was like every bite that is normally complimented with sauce to mix with the cheese wasn’t there, it was like a thin layer of cheese on mostly bread, my toppings were not dispersed, and the sauce was not either. Some parts had some sauce parts had no sauce.

Ordered on line. Got a one topping medium pizza and 6 wings combo deal. Great price and order was ready before when I got there. However, two of the 6 wings I got was very small and half of each of those two wings was bare bones. I also ordered one of their special sauces, but discovered it was missing when I got home.

UPDATE: This location has gone downhill on so many levels. The last few times we ordered, our pizzas, which we always order well done, were undercooked and looked like someone threw the boxes around like a ragdoll. I always tip driver really well ($5 via CC) even with crazy deliver fees to deliver across the street. Aside from extremely poor delivery service, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves… They used to be my go-to for a quick and inexpensive pizza joint to feed the kids in a pinch… NEVER AGAIN..

The food has been alright but the delivery people have been less than acceptable. To start with I have listed the contactless delivery. My previous order the driver evidently did not see notification of a tip so he decided to ring my doorbell 6 times until I answered it and asked for a tip since he said there was nothing on the receipt. Today I had another driver continually ring the door bell and knock and complain to me about not having the gate code, which it is listed in my profile, and said he called my number and I checked and he did not call. I don’t think I will be buying pizza from this store again.

Absolutely awful. Our cheese bread is flat and crunchy. Must have been sitting out for hours. Actual cardboard. Yuck. Manager was very helpful.
