If ypu have been in this location in the past please go in and give it a another shot because its under new management and they are kicking but, thw shop was clean the staff was helpful and patient, allowing me time to hmmmm and haaa over what I wanted and helping us get a deal we would have missed. This is absolutely disgusting this was delivered opened the box and there was hair in our pizza. Do you even take pride in what you do. You obviously do not care to take care of your customers as I was on hold for more then 10 minutes with no answer you really should be shut down and this point because the store is just as disgusting as the food you deliver. When someone finally answered they were very brush off about the whole situation said I didn’t need to drive all the way back to the store for their mistake. This is very inappropriate response and how do you not do quality control when food comes out of the oven. I will be contacting the general manager along with the county to do an inspection as you obviously don’t care about your food.

I ordered 2 pizzas , 1 cheese bread and boneless buffalo wings……
both pizzas tasted like cardboard not because I asked for it to be a little extra cooked it was the taste that was bad (not the texture) I love my pizza to have a crunch, the sauce was not palatable tasted like it’s been sitting out in a can the cheese tasted old,wings were bad tasting they were soggy and mushy and the chicken didn’t taste real

I only give 3 stars because my wife’s pizza was alright.
Mine looked alright initially. But the dough wasn’t cooked. It almost seemed like it wasn’t cooked at all. The cheese was melted, but as you can see from my photos, the dough was still basically raw.
I put it in the oven the next day and it took about 15 minutes at 350 to get it to an edible stage.
I spent around 80 dollars. Very frustrating.
The boneless chicken wings are not boneless chicken wings. They’re tiny chicken bites and they arrived cold and greasy. It’s only a 5 minute drive from the place and they were kept in a temperature controlled bag by the door dash driver. Could barely pry them off the plastic.
With 3 years of reviews like this, what is this place thinking? It’s crazy. 2.9 in apache junction is also closer to 1.5 in most places because there aren’t many options here. But there are still a good 5 or 6 better pizza options than this place.
Sad. I was hoping to do a good review after seeing the other awful reviews.
Do better. You don’t get anywhere as a business or a person performing this badly.

Went to pick up our pizza and they forgot garlic sauce and the pepperoncini. I came back in and asked for it and they said it would cost extra even though I already ordered it and they didn’t give it to me. Both employees were less than willing to be helpful and seemed confused about their job. While it’s a small thing, the lack of service and lack of care can really mess up your experience.

So I order from this place at least 2-3 times a month, I never put a complaint. The last time we ordered, our pizza took over an hour to get here…I didn’t submit a complaint and still tipped the driver. Yesterday we got a postcard in the mail apologizing for the long delivery time and put a promo for a FREE large 2 topping pizza. I was like “wow, so nice of them! I didn’t even complain and I got this.” So tonight I decide to order 2 pizzas and use the coupon for the one free pizza. The code was not working for the large 2 topping that I ordered. I call the store and some kid answered the phone very dismissive and said he can’t help me past what the coupon said and I said ok the coupon says this and I read exactly what it said and he said “like I said mam, I can’t help you I didn’t send that to you” I told him it was from his store and even has their number on it. He then hung up one me. Anyway, the service is trash, I give this place zero out of ten stars,. I was speaking nicely and he was rude and dismissive and treated me like trash for something THEY OFFERED ME! I will never order food from here again. I’m sure they don’t care, but my money will be spent elsewhere.

Was a terrible experience im not the person to leave reviews like this but I called for a pick up and paid for my order was told it declined and I said ill pay for it in store then few seconds later it charges me for the pizza and he told me a 15 minute wait til I can show up and pay for the pizza. I show up 20 minutes later and my order got refunded all of a sudden. I asked them
and told them my name they said wait another 20 minutes I waited 25 minutes and nothing came out so just left all in all just wasted an hr and gas for no reason.

Terrible customer service. Places my order, arrived after TWO HOURS, was cold, and wrong. When I called to ask for a redelivery, the manager told me he made the pizza himself and it was correct. I offered to send him a picture showing it was clearly incorrect and he hung up on me. I ordered no onions…. Not imagining, there’s lots of onions.

UPDATE: This location has gone downhill on so many levels. The last few times we ordered, our pizzas, which we always order well done, were undercooked and looked like someone threw the boxes around like a ragdoll. I always tip driver really well ($5 via CC) even with crazy deliver fees to deliver across the street. Aside from extremely poor delivery service, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves… They used to be my go-to for a quick and inexpensive pizza joint to feed the kids in a pinch… NEVER AGAIN..
We order from this Papa Johns often and it is always wonderfully delicious! The staff is very friendly, professional and our pizza is always done within the time frame given. The only thing I wish is that we could get our pizza delivered for free since we are literally across the street. Its crazy to pay $2.50 for delivery when they are .9 miles away (per google maps) for that we do drive over and pick it up. I remember when you could get free delivery within a certain mile radius…boy those were the good old days!
