Young woman with glasses who said her name was Erin the shift lead made this pizza and cut it like this. She had a strange attitude and wanted a lot of attention. If you cannot cut a pizza and you are the shift lead – you might want to practice your customer service skills…and how to cut a pizza.

This Mod Pizza location I have visited many times , I used to bring my cousin here who had dementia and it was easy to find something he liked, and staff are always friendly and happy to help. They want you to be happy. The manager is a very nice lady. I enjoyed making up my own toppings, and kids love this, too. You can’t go wrong with pizza, and it’s always very clean .

Not really the best showing from MOD PIZZA this time around. I order the same pizza every time I come here and it’s usually really well put together. This time the sauce was WAYYY over done. Looked like the whole pizza was just slopped together. A lunch I was really looking forward to, just plain ruined.

Straight up the worst dining experience of my life. MOD Pizza completely missed the mark — overpriced, low-quality food with a vibe that was honestly embarrassing. The pizza tasted off, smelled weird, and was nowhere near worth even a third of what they charge.
The staff’s attitude was the final nail — asking a simple question about discounts instantly turned into rude behavior. Zero professionalism. Zero hospitality.
As someone who’s been a trusted guide on Chicago roads for over a decade, I’ve seen every level of service — and this was rock bottom. I won’t ever be going back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone in my circle. Facts only. They don’t deserve even one star

While Mod Pizza might be great on the tastebuds, they make mistakes. First off, they got my order wrong. I ordered for my family and they messed up the sizes, cutting, and order in general by putting wrong ingredients. How hard is it to follow a receipt?! Also, the wait time ETA was 20 minutes earlier than it was actually ready! Scammed me by making me wait in store for a long time. Otherwise, the food is always bomb and I enjoy the 11inch pies because they taste delicious. Please make sure you order in person and not online.

First time ordering from this location. I love the idea of all the toppings you want for one price, especially because they have so many great topping options! I was super excited when I saw the pizza however when I pulled a piece out I noticed the entire bottom of the pizza was totally burnt. It was burnt to a crisp that really ruined the taste. The toppings themselves seemed decently fresh and it’s very unfortunate they don’t cook it properly. Can’t say I would recommend this location.

Been to this MOD Pizza location a handful of time now, and I have to say the service is a hot mess. Plenty of staff on hand but not much communication between each other, which makes building your own pizza take much longer than other MOD locations I’ve been to. On the plus side if you can wait and have the patience to move through the line, the pizza always seem to come out nice and crispy throughout.
Location appears to be relatively new. Decent parking. Staff could use a re-up on training and procedures to help make the ordering experience more pleasant and efficient.

Great Pizza, the ladies who worked her were especially nice and professional. I tried the Margerita pizza for the first time and it was delicious, I asked they bake mine a little longer because I like the crust to be well done. MOD is my 2nd favorite pizza and I enjoy eating here a couple of times a month. I think what I like most about their pizza is the crust. Will be back soon.
