The first pizza I received was a disaster—undercooked in the middle, with unevenly scattered toppings and drenched in grease. The garlic butter sauce cups were crushed during delivery, leaking everywhere. I also ordered 4 extra peppers, but instead of a reasonable amount, it looked like they threw 4 handfuls into the box with no care at all.
When I called to complain, the customer service was unfriendly and dismissive. They reluctantly sent a replacement pizza, but it was still undercooked and just as disappointing as the first one. The whole experience felt like I was being punished for even speaking up.
Since then, I decided to give them another chance. The pizza was better this time, but the attitude from the staff was still apparent and not pleasant. While the quality of the food improved, the poor customer service makes me hesitant to order from this location again. They need to work on both their consistency and how they treat their customers.

I placed an order for 2 large pizzas one had half toppings with the other half cheese.. I got maybe a 3rd of the pizza had toppings.. yall can decide for yourself if the rating is worth it but this pizza looks like somebody eyeballed 50% with their eyes closed

Pizza was COLD!!!! Papa John’s used Door Dash to deliver the food, ordered directly from Papa John’s website. No warm bag for the pizza means cold delivery! I would not recommend ordering if they continue to use 3rd party delivery.

Pizza was more crust than actual pizza. It was also undercooked so we tried reheating it in the oven only to be left with pizza slop as the crust couldn’t even hold the ingredients in it. Usually we have a good experience in this location but this was the worst and totally ruined my appetite.

This pizza is just not good. I had fond memories of Papa John’s in college but tried it a few years ago and it was bad. Had a craving again so one more try….bad news. Just close your doors, it’s just no good.

Ordered a large stuft crust pizza, didn’t feel like driving so I had it delivered for a premium order total of $40+ for a single pizza. It shows up as pictured and I called to get another one sent out, shows up same thing as the one in the picture. Sent both pizzas back with the driver (whom I did tip cash as I felt bad for the back and forth.)
Bottom line if there is a 6$ delivery fee, expectations to tip the driver and the pizza shows up looking like the two they tried delivering me all I can say is they were not able to hold up their end of the deal. So 2 hours later and no food I will say lesson learned. Just order a Slyce pizza and go pick it up, save time, probably pay less, and the pizza from Slyce is amazing.

There is no place to sit here, no restroom. You can order online or at the store but you take away. Payment is accepted through various methods

I ordered on 4/17/2022 at around 2:00PM. I’ll provide pictures that you should definitely look at. I got the “Parmesan Crusted Philly Cheesesteak Papadia.” That was a mistake. DO NOT get the Papadia!
The Papadia was anorexic. It had hardly any ingredients on it at all, especially lacking the meat itself. The “parmesan crust” was just a few bits of burnt cheese that had no taste on an already overly floury dough. I didn’t even bother to finish eating it. It’s in the trash where it belongs.
I also got a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The cheese in the crust tastes plastic-y and overall it’s just a very underwhelming pizza. It’s one of the most bland and boring pizzas I’ve ever had. On top of that, my order came with two garlic sauces that were weirdly solidified. The best way to describe it is that it looked and tasted like some weird lukewarm mayonnaise-butter paste. It was not good.
The whole experience was not good. I know, personally, I’ll never bother with Papa John’s again.

I’m a longtime Papa Johns lover but was really disappointed by the pizza we picked up from this location last night. Unevenly distributed toppings (should’ve been pepperoni all over, with black olives on one half and jalapeños on the other half) and the cheese was nasty thick. We each ate a slice and then agreed to just toss the rest of it. Idk if they were understaffed or what but this was very poorly made.

The ONLY redeeming quality of this Papa John’s location is Julian. Poor guy deserves a raise.
I tried ordering $30+ worth of food and somehow doordash couldn’t find my home.
When I order DoorDash at least 5 times a week. The GM magically managed to be unavailable when their help was needed.
Julian tried having the pizza sent back after remaking it, and DoorDash flat out refused.
May be time to stop cutting costs by using DoorDash and go back to helping fill jobs in the community by hiring drivers.
Unless you’re picking up your order, I wouldn’t purchase from here. Blackjack Pizza on South College took 30 minutes to do what this Papa John’s tried and failed to do for over 2 hours.
