I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating. I know not all subways are the same but I have worked in one so I know how it’s supposed to be done! While the guy was getting my boyfriend’s order the other coworker’s were interrupting him which was extremely rude! They only had flatbread and this was at 4pm. I understand things run out but again in the mornings they are supposed to thaw some out and cook them, as they will refill them! I decided to just go with a salad. I ciuldnt even get my salad the way I wanted it because they used the actual Togo salad bowl instead of putting all of it in a salad mixing bowl to chop it all up. They didn’t ask or even offer to chop it! So I had to bring it home and finish their job! They didn’t give me a fork or crackers either! I am so beyond ticked off! My salad I usually get the whole 9yards bc they are supposed to chop it up anyways. So basically due to their want of being lazy I didn’t get it the way I wanted and I didn’t want to make a scene in the store. But I hope they read every single word of this! Literally just chz, lettuce, very little spinach then chicken!

This subway was by far not my favorite. I had 2 sandwiches on the same kind of bread, the bread didn’t even look the same. The young lady that was waiting on me was more worried about getting off in a hour than what she was doing. And for my kids meal they were out of an item and not substituting,just charing the same price.

Subway here has always had friendly courteous employees. They’re always glad to customize your sandwich in any manner you would like. You can add extra mayonnaise extra toasting extra meats extra vegetables, anyway you want it fixed, they’re glad to do it for you.

First, I’m only giving 2 stars because it’s Christmas Eve. Second if I ask for a number 5 and want to sub the ham for bacon there’s no reason not to. I’m not asking you to add bacon. I’m asking you to replace it. Now full disclosure I use to work at subway. I know how it goes. But come on… “it has to be made the way it says” NO! That’s incorrect. So instead of arguing I left. Cause lord knows if I had picked a different item it’d be the same thing. I’m not doing it.

Very fresh and made perfectly to order! Sandwich Artist (employee), was super nice, very good at suggestions for the different sandwiches and options, didn’t try to over sell anything, but offered ideas to improve some of them available, and good ideas too.
