Food is usually on point and always fresh. New items every so often and discounts are available too! Staff is pretty chill. There’s a guy there with an awesome memory that has made sure on multiple occasions the pepperoncini(s) aren’t in my family’s boxes because of my allergies!!

First of all the food that we ordered came to us in a timely manner. Of course we tipped the driver although they have a $9.99 delivery fee which should be given to the delivery guy instead of us having to tip him as well. But all of our food was burnt and when we try to call we just kept getting hung up on. They prompt you to press two if you wanted to speak with someone but the second you do it hangs right up. So what we did was we called a Papa John’s at another location and needless to say they answered the phone and of course they gave us the customer care number to make a complaint on the one on Missouri Street. They also offered to make it right although the mess up was not at their location. We wound up having to take it back up there for full refund, and have yet to see it posted back into our account. My advice to anyone in the west Memphis area. DO NOT get Papa John’s at that location because you will be highly disappointed. There is no professionalism at that restaurant at all and I know that all Papa John’s restaurants are not like this one. However, they should not represent Papa John’s at all. As a matter of fact, corporate should shut that one down. Or get them proper training. Js

We waited an hour and a half for our order to be delivered to our hotel in Arkansas. Our poor door dasher waited there for 45 minutes, stating the food was not even made when he arrived to pick it up. Calling the restaurant resulted in being on hold for 10 minutes until I gave up. The food is good, if expensive, but if you want food quickly, I suggest not ordering from here.

I ordered pizza went to pick it up waited 1hour only to to be told my pizza was never made so they gave they finally gave me a cold pizza that looked days old. I ask to speak with manager and the guy came out said he was the GM Will Kelley nasty attitude cursing yelling real unprofessional. This isnt the first time ive had this problem about a month ago they served me a pizza and the dough tasted spoiled wouldn’t recommend.

I made a delivery order, as we were staying at a nearby hotel and got in late. We waited for an hour for our pizza, just to learn it was never made and was not going to be delivered, as the store closed. We ordered over an hour before closing, so we can assume they would have still been taking orders. We got no customer service in calling the store to discuss getting a refund. No one answered the phone call. However, in calling the Papa John’s customer service line, it was addressed.

I placed an order online, and it gave me the estimated 29-39 minute wait. That was fine. It is now almost 2 hours later, and I still do not have my pizza. I paid $30, for 1 pizza to be delivered, and it’s still not here. I called the store, and the young lady told me 2 drivers called in, and 1 had just clocked in. Will not order from here again. A call to come pick the pizza up would have been fine. Please do better Papa John’s.
