Generally always great in all areas. On this visit, the front counter employee was attentive and very nice. However, it was messy in the lobby and dead fly on the front counter. I told someone who worked there, and they said I know . Saw the employee do the the fries , look at me as he was eating some fries. I’ve never seen that before. Staff was all males on this visit. Still fast service and extremely nice despite the uncleanness and employee eating on the line.

After many trips to this location and willing to give them multiple opportunities to get their act together, THEY STILL FAILED. Multiple employees in the restaurant using profanity so loud to the point it was heard from the drive through window and not paying attention at all to the customers in line so much so you’ll sit there for multiple minutes for a simple request. Some hiring, firing and retraining is definitely needed at this location

I was hesitant to go to Wendy’s but I heard there was new management and they were training the younger kids and boy were they right! Wow! I ordered a Taco Salad and it was SO FRESH! I could smell the tomatoes when I opened the lid. It was so good! The sweet girl taking my order was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back! Keep up the good work! So glad to see Wendy’s making a comeback from what they used to be!

Incompetence could be the one word review for their one star review. I needed to repeat myself in the drive through 3 times for the employee to stop laughing long enough to get the order. I wanted my sandwich plain, I asked 3 times while ordering and a fourth at the window prior to paying, drove the 15 minutes home to the sandwich being made incorrectly. The truly poor customer service came from the manager or team lead when I drove back, he couldn’t be bothered to speak a word, not an apology for the inconvenience or even a you’re welcome when I thanked him for remaking the order. Incompetence from Leadership to staff.

Placed my order at 4:17 and got it at 5:22. Should have made the 5 minute drive and picked it up. Instead, we had cold sandwiches, cold fries, and flavored milk instead of Frosties. I should have heeded the reviews but I believe in giving local businesses a chance. NEVER AGAIN!

We ordered online ahead of time and once we got to the drive thru window we were not greeted despite staff standing right at the window (with it open) and joking around with each other. Then we waited about 5 minutes for a frosty and coffee that were the incorrect sizes (smalls, when the frosty was a medium). There were about 3 cars ahead of us, but none behind us and barely anyone in the restaurant so I figure they were not very busy. Overall very rough service and wouldn’t really recommend this location.

We placed our order around 8 pm on 5/13/23. He took our order. We paid it, but he was busy on headset. He was talking to another person about fighting and different holds. He was no rush in getting our order and no one else in line. Very poor service. I will give this Wendy -10 rating.

After 10 years of living here, it is Still the Worst-run restaurant in town. With only 5 cars in front of me I was in line for almost 30 minutes. Spent $25 for two simple (tiny) salads and two small smoothies- only to get home and find they left the chicken and one of the dressings off. I had to Ask for straws and spoons for the smoothies. Someone needs to Buy this place and open up a restaurant! I’ve said it a dozen times but this time I really Am not going back.
