I was rather impressed with the speed of our order as it only took 10 minutes VS the 34 minutes expected. Staff were professional and helpful. Pizza was great. I’m giving 4 stars because only 1 of the two kiasks was able to pay out cash orders, while it took 10 minutes for this phone order to go through and their card was declined 3 times. That’s not the staffs fault and they were apologetic. Fix that and everything else is perfect.

The young man that answered the phone was very rude! I was literally on hold for 12 minutes then another young man got on the phone and told me to hold again! I tried to speak to him but he quickly hung up the phone! About 8 more minutes someone finally asked to take my order. I asked if they always put people on hold for that long and he said that they were very busy! So I asked for a manager and he said that they didn’t have one on duty but if I wanted to report him then he would see if I he could get ahold of someone! So i placed my order and said it would be about 20 minutes. When I arrived they were not busy 2 guys were just standing around talking and 1 guy was making a pizza! I gave them my name and was told that it was still going to be another 25 minutes! Very slow and very poor customer service!

This place Always seems to mess up at least one pizza in an order! Last time we ordered delivery, one of the pizzas were gross. After paying for delivery fees, I had to get in my car because the manager said they didn’t know when they could send out a remake.. really?? Then when I get there, doesn’t offer to reimburse me back for the delivery fee since I had to drive all the way there…smh

Order a pizza at 3:45 pm on aug 19 and was told it would be 45 minutes to and hour for delivery called at an hour and 10 minutes later and was told it was on the way and should be here any seconds called again at an hour and 27 minutes and was put on hold received pizza at 1 hour and 30 minutes center of pizza was not done , very did pleased with service and quality

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. We ordered 2 pizzas (1 small, 1 large) and waited for over 2 hours and our order never showed up. Called the store multiple times and they said the order was on the way and that they were having car issues. We asked about a possible discount, and their response was “oh, so you just want to cancel the order?”. They marked my order as delivered and never showed up to our house. Extremely upset with the lack of communication and handling of the order over all.

Could be more modernized and updated with the store appearance. Food is always great and the order is always right. Provided a three star rating due to going in for a pickup and the gentleman at the counter just looked at me, didn’t ask me if I was here to order anything or for a pick up. Waited for a few minutes to see if he’d ask, they walked to the back and I waited about another minute and they appeared back up at the register and I said “I have a pickup”. Otherwise, everything was great.

Ordered at noon today and received a pending charge on my credit card. Called at 1pm and was told my order was “just a few houses away “. Called just before 2 and was told no order was ever put in for my address. So how is that possible to have a charge on my credit card but no order in? Very disappointed in the management in the way I was talked to and the only thing I received from them is “I can take your order now”? Seriously? Won’t be using them again which is a shame because I usually have really good service. Pity…goodbye Papa Johns.

Ordered a pizza took 45 mins to go 4 miles. When it got here it was room temp, dry, and there was no Tamper seal. When I called and asked if I can get another pizza I was told that I’m going to have to come in and get it.
