I had a fantastic experience at the Papa John’s on North Morrison Blvd in Hammond! Shawn went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. From greeting me with a warm smile to taking the time to double-check my customization, their attention to detail really stood out. My pizza perfect! It was exactly how I wanted it—hot, fresh, and delicious!

Food is always good and hot. They are also usually very fast and dont have to wait. The inside is lacking although I do understand it is not a dine in restaurant. I do recommend over some of the other papa John’s in the area.

I have been ordering from this location for years and a rarely ever have a problem. I literally cannot remember the last time I had an issue with them. Whether I go and pick it up or have it delivered, they have been nice and the food has been fine.

This time pizza tasted freezer burnt..Also we order the cuppy one an it had 10 pepperoni on it completely bare almost i added meatballs to it for extra price! It was a joke my family named it naked pizza! No good this time.Workers was nice though The photo is what I ordered an what I got! Big difference!

Ordered Pizza, taste was good, ordering easy, delivery driver EXCELLENT, I was however dissatisfied with the amount of anchovies on the pictured pizza as I had ordered EXTRA. Filled out online survey expressing my dissatisfaction for their definition of EXTRA, did not ask for anything, simply expressed my opinion and received pictured email not even an hour later telling me I was not going to receive compensation. Compensation for what? Who asked for Compensation I simply filled out a survey with my opinion and apparently the General Manager feels like they provided too much service to me. Thanks, but no thanks my business goes elsewhere. Even when I did a chat with customer service (also pictured here) and showed them the pictured email they claim there is nothing they can do (see pictures of chat response), so these people can speak to you in any manner they see fit. Don’t fill out the survey or this is the insulting nature of the response you will receive.

The best part about my experience at this location was the new delivery driver who delivered my pizza promptly inaccurate as it was. When I called,Alyssa, immediately sprung out with a thank you for calling Papa John’s please hold and without another breath placed me on an abrupt hold. The wait was short. After I discussed my order being wrong, I was told they were probably too busy and not paying attention as she said and after asking for the correct order if possible I was told they usually don’t do that and I can order from anywhere else and I didn’t have to order from Papa John’s . Spoken with nothing but what she believed to be the truth I promise you that I will never be returning to this location ever again buyer beware go anywhere else. Explained if I can’t receive what I ordered properly why would I spend an inflated rate for an inaccurate meal to boot. She stated that she would try to get it out. I don’t expect anything forthcoming. From a very long standing customer, the pizza was cold 60-70% of the time here. The wallet is just going to get heavier.
