The pizza was ridiculously greasy , there is grease all over my car and my table , don’t get me started on the grease from the garlic knots. The pizza wasn’t cut. It was supposed to be a half cheese half pep and it is 86 percent pep and 3 mini cheese pieces. Would not recommend , also ordered delivery and they made me come get it bc they said the delivery guy was doing his last delivery and we watched the delivery driver come back twice and leave both times with orders.

Food minus the thin crust pizza was a little undercooked talking crust usually crispy , was like New York style , the bacon I thought the started using full slices got bacon but was the crumble I don’t like the crumble due to to much fatty pieces seem to be mixed in gives it a rubbery texture when you get the wrong bite

Spent 59 dollars on 2 large stuffed crust one topping pizzas, 16 wings and breadstick. The pizza was thinner than Imos thin crust. What happened to papa John’s. They used to sell the best fast food franchises pizza. This thing was limp and soggy. Had extra cheese on this. Does it look extra to you? Barely any cheese in the stuff crust. Site would not accept a cardswin coupon for this. Out of 16 chicken WINGS, we got 12 drummies and 3 flats. Yes I know that only equals 15. Apparently they didn’t know.

I’ve had mostly good experiences with this particular Papa John’s. The food is good, you can get some decent deals, and they do a good job of making up for their mistakes. Delivery can be slow nights and weekends. We’ve had to wait about 90 minutes for our order on a few occasions. They usually make up for their lateness and/or mistakes by mailing you a coupon for a free large two topping pizza.

Never, EVER again. I remember why I have avoided going there for years. Paid extra to get extra pepperoni on the NY style pizza and it had less than the other stuffed crust pepperoni that was regular pepperoni. Paid 2.50 for extra pepperoni, what a rip off. And to top it off had to RE-CUT every slice because you had to tear the whole pizza apart to get a slice out. The sauce is tasteless. And the prices are not at all comparative to the pie your getting. Very bad experience all the way around. Not a quality establishment.

Worst experience ever… DO NOT ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS IN WARRENTON. We called and they told us we would have our pizza within 45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we still did not have our food. We called the store to inquire about our pizza because by now we were really getting hungry. They kept us on hold forever, and then when they came back on the phone, they said they were on the way. We waited another 20 minutes and still nothing so we called again called again. The Papa John’s is less than 5 minutes to our house. I asked for the manager on duty, after being put on hold for a long time again, the manager, told me the pizza was still at the store and had never left for delivery. I told him to cancel the order that this was not acceptable. He laughed and said he didn’t know what to tell me. They were short staffed and that was too bad. I understand people being short staffed, absolutely. I also would have understood if they had told us when we originally called that it would be a long wait. And we even would have understood when we called the third time if they had not lied and told us the pizza was on the way. What an awful experience…. so after an hour and 45 minutes we were back at square one for diner. And did I mention we had just driven home 4 hours from a funeral. Save yourself and don’t order from Papa John’s in Warrenton…. the worst!

I have not had Papa John’s in many years. Thought I would give them another try. What a waste of time and money. I live pretty far out so I went into app to order…gave a hefty tip because of the drive. My pizza sat in the place for over 50 minutes according to the app before being “on the way”. I called the location and was on hold for over 12 minutes before hanging up out of frustration. The pizza Finally arrived via doordash???? It was very cold. Not even the slightest bit warm. It was a terrible experience.
