I’ve been a loyal customer at this establishment for many years and visit frequently. On my most recent visit, I ordered the eggplant with garlic sauce and took it to my car to eat. Unfortunately, the dish was cold, so I brought it back inside and politely asked if I could exchange it for a different item. The staff member informed me that exchanges were not allowed but offered to reheat it in the microwave. I declined, explaining that I would prefer to switch to another dish.
She eventually agreed, but instead of a full replacement, she only added three small pieces of a different meat to my original container. I found this disappointing, especially considering I had spent around $20 for a three-item combo. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience made me feel that the business is becoming unnecessarily strict and stingy with portions and service. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking a break from visiting for a while.

Again ask for 2 hot sauce for 2 people eating and the workers only give you 1 wend I ask for 2. Then after I s3d I ask for 2 she ask me to pay for it. Why not charge all at ones wend we paying why dont say anything about it instead of just not giving us what we ask for. The the cups are super small half the size from other restaurants…but I see here in the comments thas a problem here ….not good service

This owner needs to find younger workers with better energy and attitude. One of them wouldn’t take my coins plus all that Chinese talking probably saying something about you it’s not cool . I couldn’t buy my meal cause I had a 1 dollar coin with the rest of the money . So I ended up walking out of there . Won’t go there again after 16 years of being a costumer there .

About three weeks ago I went to get quick food for my mom. I went when they first open and got her the green beans. When she ate them she said they tasted old and felt slimy. She only took 2 bites of it. About 5-6 hours later she had a 103 fever and I had to take her to the ER. We are a 100% sure that’s what got her sick because that is all she ate that day. I know this doesn’t happen to a lot of people but this was my experience.

Don’t call in to ask what’s available. You will be lied to. They think you’ll come and just settle for whatever’s available. Sometimes the seafood, isn’t cooked all the way. But I really tried to give them a chance months to a year later. Just go somewhere else to not take the risk until further future new notice. I used to really vouch for them. I left immediately when I didn’t see my item available. But was told over the phone there’s a lot.

The chicken fried rice was amazing, in my opinion perfectly seasoned, other than that the lemon chicken was weird, and cold. The egg roll was weird and oily. They gave me sweet and sour sauce instead of duck sauce. I’m also not a fan of how she scrapped my rice from the side like that but it’s w.e. The portions are great. Enough for 2 people or 1 with some crazy munchies. I would still recommend this place just get a different meat.
