Did you know they contract their deliveries thru door dash? Neither did I, have you seen some of the door dash employees, their cleaniness, their cars, they have passengers, and even animals with them during their deliveries. I placed my order online, but it wasn’t til my order was on the road that I received a text saying it would be delivered through door dash, hard pass thanks. I contacted the store, they couldn’t cancel the order so I had to tell the driver I wasn’t taking that food, well I told her and her passenger. Just know that if you order delivery at this Papa Johns you truly never know who or what has been around your food on its trip to your house. I can’t speak to the quality of the food since it was returned but I won’t patronize their business again.

My 4yo little girl is recovering from cancer, so, her appetite can be hard to work with sometimes. Papa John’s pizza is one of her favorite foods, and one of the few things she will eat, even when she’s still a little sick. After meeting Zoey, the staff took it upon themselves to start paying for her pizzas. Despite us trying to talk them into letting us pay, they still refuse to let us. These are some of the kindest, most generous folks I have ever met in the restaurant industry. They deserve all the praise and recognition they can get! From the bottom of our hearts, we appreciate each and every one of you!

Our daughter loves papa johns, and the Arnold Mo. location has been wonderful, the manager ,and staff take turns paying for her pizza, she has cancer ,and we love when her appetite is good , and when it is she wants pizza , but only Papa Johns! I didn’t catch any of their names, but the 3 staff members working around 8:30pm on June 19th, 2023 were all tired, but still managed to put up with my hyperactive 40 year old self and my corny jokes. I experimented with a stuffed crust, meatballs, and jalapenos on white sauce. Not enough meatballs but I guess that is the amount you get – half of a ball on each slice. Tasty, but not satisfying. Next time I’m adding sausage and spinach, sans the jalapeno. I thought the jalapeno would be fresh but they’re from a jar.

I ordered 2 lg pizza and an order of wings. They gave me 20% coupon and it was still $45 then I had to pay a delivery fee that apparantly doesn’t go to the driver. The person on the phone was chewing gum and seemed as if I interrupted his day by calling in. I will never support this location again. I would advise everyone else to do the same. Unless you enjoy paying to much for poor service and a cold product from a company that charges you for a delivery and then asked you to tip the kid that should be getting the delivery fee plus my gift of a tip. Bad business.

Placed an order over 70$ waited four hours called days in advance for this special order for a big party 10 rolled around and no pizza. This store manager said she was sorry but they only have two drivers and use door dash. We waited and finally called and she did say she will refund me in 72 hours ,but the fact that no one contacted me and I was diligent in callings days in Advance so everything was set up is ridiculous! I had to call four times to check on the pizza and one time was hung up on. I will never use papa

Very disappointing! I love papa johns and would order at least twice a week from the Watson store. I moved here to Arnold and was excited to see they were so close, but when I ordered my food, it was not good!! the Peperoni pizza looked like it was slid around before it was delivered to me, the cheese and toping were all on 1 side. I also ordered light sauce and it had tons of sauce on it. I got Cheese bread as well and half didn’t even have cheese on it. the Garlic Knots had so much garlic on it, it was dripping out of the box. I will not order from this location again.

Horrible customer service . Placed an order online it says 25min then changed to 2 hours . Tried to call to cancel and no one answers the phone. The 3rd party they have answering phones can’t cancel orders and sends you back to the store line.

Pizza is not at all consistent – most pizza places are always consistently good, but sadly not this store! This Arnold store needs better management and better workers!!!! Pizza is no good here!!!!
