After a long day at the airport, we turned in for the night at the Holiday Inn across the way and decided to order Papa John’s. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery man was professional and prompt, he brought the pizza right to our room in less than 30 mins. The pizza was absolutely delicious and still hot! Will return if we’re ever in the area again. W Location

Been ordering from here for years. Never left a review so here I am. Excellent pizza, fresh dough, wonderful flavor. Love the epic stuffed crust. My favorite! Had a hick up last night. Bought a 30$ pizza and opened it up and it looked like it was used as a Frisbee. Called the store and the manager was perfect! Didn’t ask no questions. Didn’t give me hassle. Fixed the issue quickly and even got compensated for the mistake. It was the delivery drivers fault (DoorDash). Even though it was not her fault, she fixed it. I like that. Give her a raise! Even though the pizza was trashed, she didn’t hesitate to fix the situation. A+ and I will be back, again, and again. Keep up the good work Papa Johns!

I was brought a pizza with no cheese. When I called to inquire the associate seemed confused as to why I would want a new pizza. Manager was unhelpful and GM was just as bad. Awful customer service while cleaning up your own mistake. Wild experience.

While traveling cross country we ordered via Doordash to a hotel and called the restaurant to ask for paper plates. Usually it’s hard to get someone to answer the phone at 9:30 pm on a Tuesday….. but not only did Ian answer he was courteous, friendly, and went out of his way to make our order special. He put “a care package together” for us of everything we needed AND the food was PHENOMENAL- we highly recommend this location and the pepperoni and sausage 6 cheese thin crust…. If Ian answers the phone it’s even better!!!

Changed all their “fresh” ingredients to bulk, store bought, pre prepped garbage. So I ordered Buffalo wings and BBQ. Honestly? McDonalds chicken nuggets are better! This is NASTY!!!

Ordered pizza and wings late night after a long day on the road with family. Best Papa John’s Pizza we’ve ever had! Great customer service, Ian took care of us and had an awesome attitude! This kind of experience normally doesn’t happen with chain spots but must be the norm here! Thank you!!

I have been a regular customer for 5 years. We switched to this pizza place after getting horrible service pizza hut. I’ve never had an issue with papa John’s until these last couple months. I am a regular customer and spend About $100 or more every two weeks. I have ordered a few pizzas a couple weeks ago and there was anchovies on it, I called and they brought out another one and still messed up and not even cut. Purchased a couple pizzas yesterday and one pizza was fine the other was made wrong. I called and told the gentleman on the phone my pizza wasn’t made properly and I would like a new one delivered. So I waited another 45 minutes for my children and I to eat then the second delivery was made the same way but had twice as many anchovies on it than the first one by then my husband and I are livid. I called a second time and just decided I’d like to speak to the manager. I explained the situation to him and told him I wanted a full refund for the messed up pizza I paid for and would like a new pizza made properly he was all for it.when the third delivery driver showed up I never received a refund which was stated to the manager just 45 minutes prior but the pizza was correct. I said s few it and decided to used the rewards I had for a lunch today since I had 10 children. When the delivery driver showed up she drove past my home, the butter from the garlic knots was dripping out of the box on to my shirt. The entire box was covered in it too. Couldn’t touch it without my fingers being caked in butter and both boxes if food was ice cold. I called today regarding the issue and they are giving me a full refund from today but told me he refuses to give a refund from yesterday after we had already discussed this in the phone yesterday due to the lack of hospitality and customer service. After these incidents I will no longer spend my hard earned money there.
