My last time ordering here was very disappointing. We ordered an XL NY pizza, and when my mom bit into her slice, there was a long hair baked right into the pizza. To make matters worse, when I called to report it, I was left on hold and then told there wasn’t a manager available. I was told to call back in the morning instead of having the issue addressed right away. This was extremely unappetizing and frustrating, and it has made us very hesitant to order again.

I absolutely love Papa John’s! When people ask me what my favorite pizza place is, I will always say Papa John’s. And this location specifically never disappoints. Delivery or pickup, I always get perfectly fresh food exactly how I ordered. I wasn’t able to leave a review on the app for my delivery driver and I also can’t find his name, but honestly every delivery I’ve had has been flawless. 10/10 would recommend <3

Received this burnt pizza. Called to see about a replacement and the manager seemed frustrated and upset about having to deal with it. Said he would send a replacement but that they are busy so it’ll have to be later. Kinda hungry now though ..
Edit: replacement pizza arrived, the correct size and cooked perfectly. Updated from 1 star to 4.

Went there today for their cheese sticks. Had friendly service. When I got home, which is across the street, I wasn’t happy with product. I know being right across the street I could have taken it back but I figured what would be the point. They would fix the order but I really don’t want to have to return food that should have been right the first time. I took photo first to show why it was wrong. Not sure if it was worker’s fault or if new policy started on how much cheese is used. It wasn’t this way 20 yrs ago when they actually seem to care how product came out. You can see how the cheese is only in middle and not all over. I won’t be going there or suggesting them to anyone for food. This is not worth $9.00.

My wife and I like to order a large pizza, carryout every now and then, for at-home-date-nights. Papa Johns never disappoints! This location has friendly employees and fast service! Above all, the pizza slaps (large pepperoni, salami, and banana peppers)!

Absolutely best Papa John’s experience I’ve ever had! Snagged a last minute order during Super Bowl Sunday chaos and their team was pumping pizzas out so fast and in such a friendly manner. When I got there to pick it up, I was warmly greeted by a manager and there was a whole crew working really hard. Appreciate their willingness to work such a busy shift! Thanks for leaving a great impact on my day!

Alright, let me cut to the chase. Papa John’s, what can I say? It was hot and delicious. That’s right, I said it. Normally, I’m not easily impressed by these chain pizza joints, but they nailed it. The pizza came out hot, the cheese was melted perfectly, and the crust had that just-right crispiness.
No drama, no screw-ups, just good pizza. Sometimes, that’s all you need. So, hats off to you, Papa John’s. You did it right this time. Four stars, because let’s be honest, it’s still Papa John’s. But hey, credit where credit’s due.
