Called at 9:20 PM on Monday night. To place an order for pizza, place the order. They said it would be 20 minutes. Went in 20 minutes, got there, went in manager. R whoever was working said we’re sorry we sent you a text message. We don’t cook pizzas after that. We turn our ovens off. That was at 940 if we made our order at 920. How come at 940 our order wasn’t complete, won’t be back. Poor management This is why you close the first time everything on here is complaints

When I ordered my papadia, it was in the shape of a rectangle. The dough has been slapped out too far and was hanging on the oven. Then the extra sausage pizza didn’t have extra sausage. When we got to the sauces there was supposed to be 2 spicy garlics and 3 regular ones. All of them were regular. Don’t waste your time here. I’ve worked for papa john’s half a year ago and they did just about everything wrong in this location. I was about to walk in there and show them how to do their job

Not only did they make my pizza wrong, the workers weren’t wearing gloves or hair nets. What good is a mask if you aren’t taking more precautions to ensure clean food and atmosphere? Do NOT recommend.

I called here to order a pizza on the way to work around 4pm. Guy answers the phone and says “johns, we’re closed” and slams the phone down hanging up. I tried to call back to confirm that is how they handle business and nobody would answer. Iv had several botched orders from this location before but just assumed it’s because the location was new. Which is understandable. I can’t find an excuse for the customer service I received last Thursday though. Things should go downhill pretty quickly at that rate. Do yourself a favor and go to goose pond pizza instead.

Ordered the bacon cheeseburger pizza. Too much sauce. It overpowered the pizza and then there was about three inches of crust all the way around so you basically only got a medium when you paid for a large.
