If the pizza is so soggy and undercooked that you can’t even cut through it properly maybe don’t send it out?? I always order a plain well done cheese pizza with extra sauce because they won’t put any on it if I don’t. And it is always without fail absolutely disgusting. You don’t need to put ten more pounds of cheese on the pizza to compensate for the extra sauce… and please learn to cook pizza correctly. There’s no reason the pizza should be sticking to the inside of the box because of how soggy and underdone it is. I mean it droops the second you pick it up. If u want a decent dinner don’t order from here.

I get extra cheese every time I order pizza, but NEVER get it. There’s just one lady at the Main Street location, that actually gives me what I pay for. Might sound like a petty compliant, but there’s barely enough cheese to cover half of the pizza. The employees there are nice, but need to stop being so cheap with the ingredients.

I placed a delivery order and my boneless order was wrong; it was supposed to be barbecue as you clearly can see on the container but we received dry no sauce chicken. I called the store and the manager lady was very rude and actually hung up on me the second time she called me back. I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for over 2 years and I’ve never been treated this way. It’s not my fault you all messed up MY order. After the managers nasty attitude we simply just cancelled the replacement and got food which was correct from else where! I’m so disappointed. Whom ever that manager was working on 7/12/23 she needs customer service training. I will not be ordering from this particular place again.

I frequency order pizza from this location. The taste is always consistent and I’ve never had an issue with service. The price is always reasonable especially given the quality. My personal favorite is the sausage and pepperoni but the cheese only is pretty good. I usually order online for in store pickup, They often have a coupon/deal available.

Ordered over the phone and requested to pick up on the Westside our order went to Bridgewater. We called back and got the manager on Winford Ave. She was so rude. She said the center is outside of the country. We said why not hire ppl from inside the country who knows where the Westside is? She wound not give us the # for the DM. I’m not sure who the manager was 7/3/22 at 11:30 last night, but she needs to be re-trained. Horrible customer service!

So in general I enjoy a good Papa Johns pizza but its hit or miss with this location. Last night was a huge disappointment. The online ordering definitely needs work the customization options are horrible and the whole “premium topping” is a joke. So…If I pay the extra cost for extra cheese I kinda would like to actually get the extra cheese I paid for. Ive worked in the pizza industry for 10 years at 2 different chains and there is alwayd a bottom layer of cheese right after the pizza gets sauced. That layer helps bind the toppings so its not a nightmare to eat. Yea not last night…..The pictures speak for themselves. I’ll give them another shot but there are tons of pizza places and there’s nothing special about Papa Johns that’ll keep me coming back with service like that.

I usually don’t get Papa John’s because their food as a whole is not good to me. I kept seeing commercials for the Taco Bell cool ranch papadias so I got 2 the other day. The beef one was really good, the steak one was okay. Only problem I have is they only fill the cups of sauce up half way with the cool ranch dip. That would be fine for half a papadia but for the whole thing, you should really be filling the little cup up. I shouldn’t have to ask and pay for extra because you’re trying to penny pinch your customers.

WOW Sandy is not very nice! Hung up on me as I tried to talk to her. My pizza came in cold and the wings were not correct. I’m so disappointed and my party ruined. I will never order from here again and I am contacting corporate. I highly suggest the frozen pizzas from Kroger.

Waited for a hour and then I called in and asked about my pizza and it had not even left the store yet even though they said when I ordered it twenty five minutes to a half hour so then after I cancelled it at eleven I klock at night around twelve o’clock they sent it by door dash who I never even called I called the store directly so I was in bed when a guy was walking around my house and almost got hurt so they definitely don’t know how to run a business and whoever put them in charge of there business should think about closing the doors because I will never order from them again in the future

I called and got put through somewhere else where they take the phone orders I ordered at 11:20 to get a single pizza and the store calls me back 2 minutes later talking about I’m sorry we are in the middle of a closing procedure if you guys didn’t have that call center maybe all of this would have been avoided but the matter of the fact is you should be honoring your hours it says online and take orders till 11:30 like it says get this store right
